Blossom Whole Foods Kitchen
In addition to being a retreat chef for hire I also cook for and host many events on and offsite including cooking classes, family-style meals, team building cooking activities, food swaps, and community dinners. And, in the off season, you can find my pre-packaged food New Leaf Organics farm stand in Bristol, VT.

Specializing in minimally processed natural ingredients I enjoy preparing colorful dishes inspired by global cuisine using mainly plant based whole foods and local organic ingredients as often as possible while supporting and partnering with area farms.

I'm absolutely in love with their hot lunch! The first time I tried it I immediately went back and sent an all office email about the food. Great portions and even better flavors!

The food is fresh, healthy, and beautiful. The serving sizes are very generous. A must for anyone looking for a place to pick up lunch.

My favorite lunch spot in Winooski. I usually do take-out but the space is pleasant for eat in as well. In good weather you can walk across the street and eat while watching the river flow by. Menu is changing constantly so I haven't had the same meal twice but it's always delicious. Limited hours but that just makes it more of a treat when I can make it.

I absolutely LOVE Blossom. The food is delicious and affordable and the staff is so friendly. It is an excellent addition to Winooski. Unfortunately, the new, limited hours make it so I can't enjoy it anymore. Will be excited to return once the hours become more accessible.

Every day is a new culinary adventure here. The way she blends flavors and food items is delicious. The food is super fresh and always very flavorful. Today, it was Indonesian Salad with peanut sauce. Phenomenal. Also, don't miss the pork buns and hand pies that are on daily rotation. I have eaten here dozens of times and have only been mildly disappointed once. Every other time, I finish wishing she'd make the same thing again the following week! Huge portions, I usually get two lunches out of her offerings. Unless I can't help myself because it's too delicious!

Just adore this place. Lovely space and the food is glorious. Breakfast lunch and dinner. Everything is so good. Savory scone that I ate for three days. Ha. Quiche. Banana bread. Polish food by Luiza. Delish. Community dinners on Thursday for $10 cannot be beat. Go.

This is a wonderful little space with a bakery feel during the day, and a perfect, intimate spot for catered private parties at night. Their Thursday community dinners are my new favorite event to look forward to. I love the long table that dominates the space that offers family style eating and getting to know your neighbors. I've only been once thus far but the Indian food offered at the last dinner was on point! The menu and theme of the food offered at these community dinners changes every week so there is always something new and exciting to look forward to! I love the décor as

I was in town scoping out apartments and stumbled upon Blossom while waiting for appointment. I had the hot beef sandwich with creamy horseradish and a saide salad. The sandwich was HUGE and so delious. The meat was tender and seasoned well. The side salad was kale with a house dressing tossed in and kalamata olives. I normally am not a super fan of kale but I could've eaten it for days!
Will definitely be back!

I was in the area visiting my sister. We stopped in got coffee and couldn't help but purchase a full meal. I got a HUGE slice of delicious mushroom, Brie and caramelized onion quiche for $6. Atmosphere was cute and service was excellent. I will definitely be back.

I stopped in for lunch today and was treated to a beer braised hand pie and a side salad with goat cheese and pears for $10. Yes you read that right, TEN DOLLARS. Honestly I would have paid $15 for the combo as the perfectly flaky pastry that encompassed said hand pie was DELICIOUS. The salad was a great size for the "combo" as well. I will be going back a lot and encourage everyone to do the same.
