This used to be a great car wash until Bola took it over. The place is horrible now. I have been 3 time hoping they would work the problems out. The old car wash did an amazing job. Why try and fix something if it isn't broken?? The interior is still dirty. They blew the air hose around cleaned the windows with dirty towels. They didn't vacuum they didn't wipe down the dash absolutely horrible. I will never go back again. Not to mention it was like 34 bucks with a 5 buck tip. Screw that place.

I never write many reviews because sometimes they may be biased. However, I felt I had to share this experience. This car wash was my usual spot. It was realiable and the line was always long. However, something must've changed, maybe new ownership? Now, the service is terrible. I got an exterior wash (too much of a mess inside for them to do a good interior job) and they didn't bother to even dry the outside of my car. Basically, they drove it through the wash and that was it. Grease and dirt were still stuck on my bumper and grill. Soap was left dripping off the sides. No

My boyfriend and I went in to get both of our cars washed. We payed $35 each for the washes and NOTHING WAS DONE. I then called later that day to complain & let them know that they did a terrible job and the man on the phone was extremely RUDE and rushed me off the phone. I told him we didn't have the time to come back because we both work but he cut me off by saying "bye" and hanging up the phone. Never will I go back there.

Horrible service! My sister paid for the super wash ($30.00) and it was still dirty inside and outside! We asked to speak to the manager who then has the audacity to ask us, "When was the last time you cleaned your car?" We are paying for you guys to clean it, and you can't do this? Are you kidding me? 1. They were rude 2. They didn't do a good job. We will never go back. There were water blotches on the car, and the inside wasn't even vacuumed. Apparently the citizens of Syosset know about this place and their crappy service.

I hadn't been to this car wash in YEARS but I'm on the island for a month and my "dog car" was just gross so I drove over. I drove past, it looks so different. The signage is a little weird, it looks to direct you to a side street instead of the lane to enter.
I was directed in quickly and greeted by two friendly workers. I asked for the VIP ($30) and Rainex (addtl. $4). When I was handed my receipt I saw that the total was $30 and saw the words FREE on another line item. Score! Free Rainex! (Read on)

Drive past this car wash- NOT THROUGH IT. It was my first time coming here and I chose the VIP wash for $30. My mats were literally thrown back into my car, the back does not look like it was even vacuumed and the entire exterior is covered in water spots. Don't just take my word for it, look at the pictures.
