I worked with Jared from Coin Galleries of Oyster Bay in designing a custom engagement ring and I am absolutely thrilled with the result. We started with picking out the diamond, and Jared was super transparent about the specs of each diamond and what qualities of a the stone are worth spending a few extra dollars on and which aren’t. He did not pressure me into quickly choosing a diamond and invited me to do some research, which I did. We then chose the style and setting of the ring. I got a computer generated mock up of what the ring would look like and Jared allowed me to make changes before

By far the best shopping experience I’ve had in years. The attention to detail, options available and the willingness to find what you need if what you’re looking for isn’t in inventory are the qualities that make The Jewelry Gallery second to none. I’ve been a long time costumer of The Jewelry Gallery of Oyster Bay. In all my years I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Jared, Ira, Amy, Elise, Chelsea, and the rest of the staff. The costumer service and attention to detail is superior to any other in the business. For any need from holiday presents, engagement rings, anniversaries, birthdays, etc the staff goes out of their way to work with your budget and find you exactly what you’re looking for. Worked with Jared on an engagement ring since last December. From start to finish he was the ultimate professional. Explained what to look for in a diamond, and walked me through the process of picking out the perfect ring. He was not pushy at all, and when it came down to two diamonds he even recommended the smaller one.
The ring came out perfect. My fiancé loves it, and so do I.

We had a wonderful experience with The Jewelry Gallery of Oyster Bay! My engagement ring is from their store and they helped my husband design my ring from start to finish. They were super informative and helpful especially for someone who has never purchased a diamond before.
