I have been going to All 4 Tires for about 4 years. Watching the business grow. Alex has done a great job! The service here is absolutely amazing. I found All 4 Tires on Groupon and first the price was so affordable for a synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and inspection I couldn’t pass up the deal. I was running 15 minutes late to my oil change and they were very accommodating. I added on an engine flush with my services and they were very good at communicating with me about my vehicle. I’m a young woman and car places can be intimidating at times but ALL 4 TIRES is an 11/10! I’m so happy my car has a new service home. You guys are amazing

Their business moved behind old shop and expanded with all the latest equipment for your auto service needs. They did full diagnostic and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Their new waiting room spacious, comfortable, with wide screen and plugs for all your electronics if you wait on service as i had to do, due to not having anyone to help with drop off. Nicer than most dealership waiting rooms! Prices were reasonable for all the services I had requested. Will continue to use them for all of my service needs!

I recently moved to Georgia and this will be my go-to-place for auto repair! I usually do a lot of my own work, but because of transitioning here from VA, I don’t fully have the time or access to my tools.

The big thing that stood out for me when the tire on my SUV got busted on a curb & I went online had to make an appointment to ask If they had my tire, they did return my call but they could order the tire in 3 days. It was just super hard to get just basic info. So I'm done with that one. I must say the nice guy who returned my call was courteous, he did try to see about the tire.

I bought 4 new tires at All 4 Tires a few months back. Two of the 4 tires have had to be repaired and each time something was wrong. First time they didn’t put my hubcap back on and acted as if I didn’t have… one to begin with. When I complained , the Mexican guy that runs the place literally got smart with me. I don’t know why but I decided to give them one last shot so I had another issue today and I took the tire off myself and dropped it off. I had an appointment for 4pm. I arrived at 3:45. My car was pulled in at 4:20 and it took an hour to put a tire back on that

They placed a faulty oil filter in my car which caused it to cut off and leak oil.
Initially they suggested that I bring it in; I told them they needed to tow it. That took over two hours.
I had a spring break trip got my children which had to be canceled waiting for them to correct the issues and return my car. Was refunded. But doesn't excuse the terrible service and incompetence. Beware

Why does 1 star even exist. I though I could trust this place I recently took my Jeep in to get the lift put on. I usually do everything myself but I was clueless with the adjustable control arms. So I said, I'll just pay to get it done right at a shop "All4Tires in Austell, Ga" 3 days later I get a call saying that the Jeep is ready. I went to pick my Jeep up at 7pm The Head tech said the Jeep is good to go and he test drove it. I didn't think about checking it out because their supposed to be "professional" according to the Ad. Took my car in for an alignment. 55 mins later I was told they wouldn't align my car due to a vibration caused by me needing back brakes. It took 15 mins for them to bring my car down so I could leave. After I left and took my car somewhere else and they said my back brakes were fine and completed the alignment in less than an hour. Very disappointed with the service at All 4 Tires.

Had a Groupon.
Went in for an oil change and tire rotation.
First everything was fine when I left the shop..
They failed to recalibrate my valve stems and I brought it back. They then charged me an additional 15 to recalibrate the stems (which should have been included the first time, it wasn't). But here is the kicker. Took my car to Discount Tire and noticed my back tire was low. Turns out it was my front. The 15 we spent was just him filling my tires up with air. He didn't recalibrate.
Only reason I have the 2 stars is because my first day there was pleasant. However, I will not

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! In December I brought my car in to to get an alignment and I was told that the alignment couldn't be done because I needed new axle joints, tie rods and tires, Jeremy proceeded to quote me $1400 bucks to fix it.
Thankfully I work with a bunch of car guys, so I asked one of mechanic friends and he told me to walk out of there,… that it should only be $400ish to fix. So I told Jeremy that I would think about it and let them know, but I asked them to go ahead and change my oil - I normally only go to the dealership because I've had issues in the past with other places but

I was not able to take my car to Carmax which is where I always go for repairs, but they had no sooner time available and offered ALL FOUR TIRES WHICH WAS A MISTAKE.
i went to have my car to have oil leak repaired, the window on drivers side was going down slow to repair it. Since I started these repairs I have had to take the car back to them 3 times, to date it is still not fixed and the oil is leaking still, oil was leaking after repair was supposed to be done. The management Alex and Jeremy had employees who left, a very big turnover of employees.
My warranty paid however the situation

Horrible Customer Service. Had An appointment for 2 still waiting at 4. But "BigMan" had time to eat and when I complained he said "you can take your car, I don't need this "attack". Mind you I'm a 5 foot woman. Then they advertise for $10 emissions but have no available staff to do it. No wonder they're on Groupon. The one is because the RECEPTIONIST was very nice. Do not go there.

I can't say enough about the professionalism and efficiency of this place. I purchased a Groupon for a 4 tire alignment and they had me out within an hour. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and we're totally honest with any potential issues that I could run into that they found with my car, without shoving extra services at me. They also told me as I was checking out that they will honor the Groupon prices without having to purchase from the Groupon website, you just simply call to request an appointment for what you are looking for and mention the Groupon price

Service is terrible. Set an appointment for 2pm and by 4pm my car still wasn't finished. All they had to do was an oil change. They didn't have any cars when I came. I was sitting in the parking lot and I saw my car still not finished so I decided to call and ask the guy in the office if my car was finished and he said "yes it's finished you can come get it now". I came in right then and he had a blank look on his face. He's also very rude. I'm talking about the Mexican guy sitting in the front office. WORST PLACE EVER. Don't come here for an oil change or

On Friday Mark & I were headed to Gwinett as we were exciting the freeway his truck started to shake violently. I looked out the window & saw his back passenger tire was completely off the car. We had to stop immediately on the freeway over pass because the truck could not move. The lug nuts had completely snapped off the back tire we saw them in the middle of the street. The police came & called a wrecker. When the wrecker arrived he said we needed to carefully get Kenzie out of the car because the car was basically sitting on 3 wheels & could fall at any minute.
