Silvia is amazing!! I got my first Brazilian with her and she made the process easy and seamless. She was fast and efficient and the pain definitely wasn't unbearable, it helped that she's very easy to talk to and good at taking your mind off the matter at hand. She even texted me a week later to check in with me. So happy with my entire experience :)

I've been going to Silvia since the day I moved to the area 4 months ago. Her reviews were no lie. She truly is a super sweet, attentive, efficient and great waxer! I've been getting Brazilian waxes for 7 years now and I can say that to this day sometimes it can be a little uncomfortable but Silvia's process is quick and truly painless!

So grateful I came across Sylvia's yelp. She does an incredible job everytime and is so pleasant to visit with. I always feel comfortable with her and I always leave clean and happy. Found Silvia on yelp! And decided to give her a try from all the amazing reviews she has gotten. You text Silvia to make an appointment and she is quite flexible and responds back almost immediately.
Her studio is located in the back, its more of a house turned into a studio. So you can either walk through the salon to get to her either side of the house and she has her name on the door. Knock before you go in!! Because she may be with a client and I wouldn't want anyone walking in on me while I was getting a wax haha.
Silvia does small talk when appropriate. Very easy to talk to. She

This was my first time here and Silvia made me feel so at ease and relaxed. Her professional mannerism mixed with her experience made this truly a painless experience, literally! I highly recommend going to Silvia, especially for those new to getting a wax.

Just moved back to Livermore and desperate to find a waxing lady. Low and behold! Silvia's here to save the day! Whew! THANK YOU so much for making time for me! I received my first brazilian wax by Silvia and she was amazing! As most girls, I was nervous about the situation and the pain but she made the appointment extremely comfortable and her numbing spray helped ease the pain and it wasn't nearly as bad as I had imagined. Although I do not have another waxing experience to compare this to, I think she was perfect and only plan on using her now for my waxing!
I also sent my husband over to her for his eyebrows and they came out great as well. Not too overdone like some people will do to men's brows.

Silvia is a classy and discreet hair removal magician! Sure, the waxing hurts but not as much as it would in less skilled hands. She keeps up the interesting banter and works quickly, methodically and diligently.
Street parking is easy-- just follow the signs on the side gate to get to her studio. The artistic decorative touches make her little studio feel as welcoming as a posh beauty salon.

After a bad experience at European Wax Center (read my review) I searched for another waxer to do my Brazilian. After my experience at EWC, I should have just stopped but I knew my friends were raving about it, and I too liked it.. but I just needed a more experienced person.
So I googled for places in Livermore and that's how I found Silvia. She is super friendly and makes you feel calm. AND, she does a great job! She's a little more expensive than I expected, but sometimes you do get what you pay for!
Only downside is I couldn't find parking near the location and had to walk

I'm not sure whom the reviewers went to. I went last week after reading all the rave reviews pretty sure I'd be super satisfied.
I must say she was very accommodating in getting me in at a short notice. When I got there she was friendly and worked very fast. Since this was my third time waxing I attributed her speed to her experience and know how.
However, for the next whole day my legs were on fire. She told me there was gonna be soreness so I didn't think much of it. But a week away and I find myself shaving on my trip as all my hair has grown back. How does this happen? I

Silvia is located behind a salon but is not associated with that salon other than the fact that she rents a room from them. I say this because I had a bad experience with waxing at another local hair salon so hesitated when I realized she was in the same location as a hair salon.
I am so glad I stuck with my appointment! Silvia really takes the time to be sure she is doing what you want, and that you walk out happy. She also followed up with me the next day to be sure I was happy with my wax. Great customer service - very sweet lady. I made my next appointment then and there. I'm a fan!

I have seen Silvia many times since my last review and I trust nobody else with my lady bits. With conversation and music you won't even notice the wax! It goes by quick and before you know it, you have an awesome slip and slide. Silvia is awesome at fitting in appointments and is very responsive to texts. She takes Square and prices are so reasonable for what she does. She is a god send for itty bitty shorts season!
It took me a while to get this, but exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate! It helps so much!
