Good service. Pass on the food, awful breakfast. Way over cooked eggs, enough oil on hash brown's to lube a car. A must miss for food at least.

I like that the dock is clean, brightly lit and well maintained. Tons of fish passing through this little section of the Mokulemne River with nice size salmons pinging off of fish finders right in this area.

The launch ramp is getting pretty bad... small boats not to big a deal but a larger boat, yeah its a problem... the holes in the ramp will eat your trailer and bend the fender if you have to go far into the water with your trailer

Under new management and the new managers are very nice, helpful and you can tell are really making an effort to make this place better. We had a great experience! Loved it when the manager told people to stop getting their boat ready on the launching ramp. There is a large Ready Area above the ramp. Launch and get out of the way, please! Consideration of others goes a long way!

I've now lived at New Hope for 6 yes. 5 managers, two floods, dog killed due to lazy fisherman's huge hook with fish head left on private dock. The website says laundry, fence run down, pot holes have to be filled with gravel because they refuse to put out the money During floods you move out, have no utilities but still pay rent. Residence had to shore up the wall between their spot and the river at their own expense. The latest managers have yet to introduce themselves.
Recently the owner, Boavide seperated from Cascade over being sued for rent increases illegally. Our last manager actually

When I moved to the Delta and became the Community Manager at New Hope Landing back in April 2018 I had set a personal goal to make this park a safe and well maintained Community. I am proud to see this goal being achieved. I have had the honor of getting to know many of the residents, fishermen, hunters and boaters on both a professional and personal level. I want you all to know that I truly appreciate the comradery and sense of community we all share here at New Hope Landing RV Park and Marina!
Thank You!

The new manager, Barbara, has made a drastic change. There are constant aesthetic improvements made which have made a positive impact. The owners of the property should follow the lead of the neighboring properties (Wimpys, Tower Park, etc) and invest in paving/ seal coating, palm trees, grass area, paint, repairs, etc. The property is in a great setting but some capital improvements would benefit the residents and the owners. The manager is always working on projects, even after hours. Providing another position for her would be beneficial; assistant or maintenance staff.
I appreciate the newsletter

Excellent location for fishing. Easy in and easy out for boat launching. They have a restaurant near the dock, which makes it convenient for grabbing a bite to eat. I've caught some good sized small mouth bass every time I've fished the Mokelumne River from this location.
