Sarah's life has been devoted to sports and athletics. With a well-rounded background in the fitness field and a Personal Trainer since 1994, she has extensive experience in different fitness settings: health club, physical therapy, corporate fitness and in-home. As a lifelong athlete, she enjoys running, cycling, paddle boarding, hiking, yoga, tennis, triathlons, and meditation.

You name it, she's tried it! Sarah has developed a special interest in working with people with Parkinson's disease and has worked with Parkinson's clients for over 24 years.

We include aerobic, strength, flexibility, balance and functional exercise set to music in an energetic, supportive and FUN atmosphere. The class typically includes walking, sitting and standing exercises for all participants, but is also tailored to each participant's level of fitness and function.
