Needed required maintenance to my wife's car and found these guys on Yelp. They are close to me in distance so,I decided to visit them to check them out. Was impressed talking to them, the cleanliness of the shop, and their responsiveness to my concerns and questions. I did mention that this is my wife's car so a lot was riding on this decision!
They were very accommodating to my concerns and needs. I brought my wife's car to them and they did a great job that even she was pleased with. Needless to say they are the shop I will return to for maintenance on her C300!

My wife and I are vey happy we found Heritage AutoHaus to perform maintenance work on her Mercedes!! The workmanship and customer service at Heritage is stellar!! It's a small shop, which I like. The personnel here are friendly and professional. Pricing are very good also!
It's refreshing not having to be caught up in the dealership environment!! My wife is very particular about her car and she was very happy with the service that Richard performed on her car. I love Heritage AutoHaus and really appreciate the owner and his team. They are quick efficient and never steer me wrong ( pun intended). Recently I went to Midas because I had a Groupon for a discount on oil change and by the time I was finished they left me with a long hefty list of maintenance and work I need on my car totaling over $2100. I took the information they gave me along with the paperwork for my oil change stating what work needed to be done on my car and showed it to the Heritage AutoHaus and they told me that only one thing on the report provided by Midas was needed. I am thankful

My wife and I have owned 8 BMW's & Porsches over the last 25 years. I took my cars to a private service facility in S. California all the time.
When I recently moved to TX, I didn't think I could find a comparable service facility. Thankfully, I was wrong! Richard is great to deal with. He is knowledgeable, straightforward and above all, honest. These are very rare qualities.
I will be taking both my BMW's
there, exclusively and without hesitation.

I was referred to Richard at heritage through a friend of a friend. I'm very glad that I took them up on their recommendation. I was greeted early in the morning, offered a ride even though I was already had one taken care of and the very next day I got my car back, saving hundreds upon hundreds of dollars over the Volkswagen dealership on a regular 60,000 mile service

So, my car started blinking a bunch of different crazy lights at me, and the VW dealership couldn't get me in until Friday (and it happened on a Tuesday). When I went to try to get it fixed at Firestone, they *literally* wrote on my service notes "Too many issues" and told me they couldn't help me.

Richard is great to work with, reliable and honest.
Been servicing my E70 with him for a while and recently had ceramic coating, interior water proofing and window water repellent treatment.
Looks and feels great and makes it way easier to clean and maintain looking like new.

I had to stop and write a review for Richard and Heritage auto. It is stressful enough when dealing with mechanical issues but also hard to find somewhere you trust. Richard is very knowledgeable, calm, and really looks out for the customer. You have so many options these days but it is rare to find such a dedicated and honest person as Richard. I took in a Mercedes and it would have cost a lot more at the dealer. I will definitely be back for all of my automotive needs. Can't recommend this guy enough.

Had my Audi A4 in for some repairs and I could not be more impressed with Richard and his staff. My check engine light had been on for about 18 months and other shops had not been able to fix the issue. Heritage Autohaus fixed it and the light has stayed off for a few weeks now! Richard certainly knows his way around German cars and his prices are very reasonable as well. He told me what needed to be fixed and in order of importance. Thank you Richard! Love this automotive shop the owner is very friendly, professional, and knows exactly what he's doing. There was no hidden fees and he didn't try to hustle me when it came down to pricing and cost.
