I called and asked how much to patch a tire that had a nail. They told me it was free and I don't expect it for free but tire place next door does it also. Apparently it's only free if you buy the protection plan. Just a lie to get people in the door. I should've stayed next-door. I was hoping this would be faster but it was not. At least it was more expensive and took longer. And I wouldn't have minded pain to have it fixed. But just be honest and upfront instead of shady

Good service and reasonable wait time for oil change.
The only complain is they are reluctant to accept the coupon I got from mail-box. The coupon is applicable if using Lamb's reward card. I applied the reward card online but at the store they insist it means lamb's credit card. The manager horned the coupon in the end but informed me that it would be just this time and for other coupons, if any, it would require using Lamb's credit card.

Bad News. They are waiting for you next! JG quoted an oil change (after looking up specs on my vehicle) on phone for $24.99. I was less than a mile away and drove immediately there. After having me sign for the work, JG attempted to collect $38.XX. I challenged him on this & he attempted to sell me that this was due to labor and shop supplies NOT included in quote. Need I say more? He advised me that this is how Lambs trained him. Store manager Omar was not available for comment.

I went to Lamb today and was helped by Omar who offered excellent customer service. I suspected my front tires needed changing and he confirmed that and showed me how bald my tires were. He didn't try to over sell me on anything but did show me the items that I needed to attend to. I was aware of these issues so again I knew they were telling the truth. I felt like everyone I worked with was really honest and I would definitely return. Thank You!

I know. I know- Automotive... bleh. Not as cool as yummy eats and cold treats. But even the hungriest of yelpers have to stop and take care of their steed once in a while. So, I had a nail in my tire. Let me rephrase- I had a large vampire stake stuck in my tire. I typically go to FIRESTONE with my wife's vehicle since i have road hazard on those tires. But - my truck is new(er) and still has factory tires. So - I figured i would try a new place and also plan some quotes for new tires as well.

Three strikes and you're out. That is why this location has earned 1 star! First last fall I dropped my car off for an oil change around 9 am and they said it would be an hour. I came back 90 minutes later and I still had to wait another 2 hours! Second, I came back for another oil change and they took my keys as usual but when I got home I noticed a UT medallion given to me by Mack Brown was missing. I called them and they said they could not find it. The final straw was a Friday in March 2020 when I dropped my car there again for an oil change and an AC service check around 3pm and

My wife has gotten her car serviced at Lambs a handful of times and has had nothing but good things to say about the service. Today was my first visit, and my impression was the same. They did my state inspection on the spot and were nothing but friendly. The price was fair, the waiting area was better than most, and the check in/check out process was painless (and high tech compared to other body shops). The bad reviews here seem to be plugs for other shops, that's the only thing I can figure, because my experience was night-and-day different.

Lambs on Whitestone is simply a different caliber compared to 183. Prices are always consistent and the staff are polite, caring and human. It's amazing to go into a tire and repair shop and believe they care about you! Doug has helped us on all of our cars and is incredible. I've came to him with a variety of tasks, no issues and best deal for alignment and balance. I have a collection of BMW M cars and all of my alignment and tire needs will be here for life. Thanks!!

There used to be two reasonably nice guys working the front, not anymore. New manager and team. I feel taken advantage of for my diesel oil change. $154.96 out the door, $10.37 for shop supplies for an oil change, what a joke.
Windshield washer fluid empty and mileage sticker still the same. I didn't get a multi point inspection, I was just the sucker that walked through the door today.

Went to get a state inspection. Employee was not helpful and rude. Not only was he rude to me but was short and not helpful to the gentleman waiting before me. Needless to say I left and went around the corner tho Christians around the corner. Huge difference! So kind and helpful. Lost a customer Lambs!

Thanks to Octaviano for helping quickly reassemble a part that fell off under my front grill after hitting a nasty bump. The other place down the road was trying to hit me for $100 to replace it which seemed odd. Instead, Octaviano and the guys at Lamb's took care of it for free and just said come back when you need tires or work done on your car. That's great customer service. Thanks a bunch! This place tried to tell me I needed $3600 worth of work to my truck. I took it in for an alignment and new brake pads. I turned down their generous offer of letting me finance the work and decided to take my truck 2 hours away to my home town, where my family has used the same mechanic for years. I took the itemized list of suggested work to him and he called bs on almost ALL of it. Ended up paying $250 total.
