STAY AWAY. Management and owners LIE on legal contracts and corrupt their own property rules.
My wife, my kid, and I have lived here for about 3 years now. If you asked me to write this review a year ago, I would have said 5 stars. However the owners and managers of this property have changed and they now are forging legal documents!
One of the reasons we moved here in the first place was because they had a 35 lb and under pet policy, and claimed they only want small and friendly pets in the complex.
On the legal documents they have you sign, it clearly says under no circumstance are you allowed

Well we've been here for over 3 years now and we're going to sign another lease. And they installed new washers in the laundry room which is great!
** Our rent has only gone up $50 in the 2 lease renewels we've prevoiusly signed. UNHEARD OF for OC, especially if you've ever lived with Irvine Co Apts. We're hoping the rent stays put in this next renewal

Nice complex with cool amenities and great neighbors. Lush landscaping and well cared for courtyard. But, the parking here is a NIGHTMARE!! If you have more than 1 car, you will spend the majority of your life juggling your car and where to park :( There are only about 6 spots available for over 150 units, and about 8 more spots that are limited to 2hr parking - and YOU WILL GET A TICKET if you're there any longer. Really sucks, cuz other than that - it's a great place to live.

So I guess I have waited long enough to write a review about this place- almost a year next month. Partially because I'm a procrastinator but also because I wanted to see how things worked out. When I first checked out the building, I met Annette. Talk about being a multi-tasker! This lady not only has personality but she is the hardest worker. If you get a chance to meet her, she will be a blessing, let me tell you. She invests herself in her clients/tenants and in her job. Thanks

My boyfriend and I have lived on the property for an extended period of time and we have had some problems with the prior management and follow through with maintenance issues. I must admit though with the new management, Alex, maintenance issues have been handled in a timely manner. Alex is a great addition to the property and I am pleased with her follow through.
