My best friend's mother died and I was unable to go to the funeral. La Mesa Florist made a beautiful tropical bouquet for me - I live in Minnesota, so I never had a chance to go to the actual store. They made a bouquet exactly like one I saw on their website and it was perfect. They really seemed to care that it was what I wanted also. I will use them in the future!!

I LOVE yelp! I found Karen in a quick and easy search when looking for a local florist in La Mesa that had solid reviews. The service and experience was excellent. I'd give her 10 stars if I could. I have now placed three orders with her... all of the arrangements are gorgeous and she's quick to process my requests and get them to my clients. Karen was referred to us by the church we were holding my Mom's Memorial service at. I needed one beautiful arrangement... and she delivered. I was first pleasantly surprised that her pricing was reasonable, particularly given the large arrangement I was ordering. I ordered the 'deluxe' level of "Fire and Ice" and it was absolutely gorgeous and beyond my expectations. Karen made the process easy, delivered as committed. Should I ever need flowers delivered in San Diego, I would not hesitate to use her again.

Karen is incredible. I called her (late) to do an arrangement for Foothills in honor of my parent's 62nd anniversary. It is absolutely breathtaking. SO MANY TIMES La Mesa Florist has saved my rear when I procrastinate. Her flowers are always fresh and impeccably arranged. Don't go to a big company; support local business. And La Mesa Florist is one of the best local businesses anywhere.

Karen was amazing remember my name form last year! The flowers away seem much fresher than all the on line places. Don't be fooled you always get what you pay for. Why get old flowers out of a box for just a little less.

I ordered an arrangement with orchids, I was told by Karen the vase would be different than the one shown, I was fine with that. My order was delivered in a timely manner but was completely different from what I ordered. A succulent plant was delivered, no orchids or flowers at all. I emailed La Mesa Florist about it and received no response.

I ordered flowers to be delivered in La Mesa for my grandma's birthday. The online form was easy and even offered same day delivery! Karen was great, she emailed letting me know it would be a different vase (not a big deal) and when they had been delivered with a picture of the flowers. My grandma loved them!

Karen is the absolute best! She was so accommodating as I tried to come up with some ideas and made some wonderful suggestions on flower suggestions. The bouquets turned out beautiful, and she promptly delivered them to my house. Unfortunately, I was not there since I was setting up my venue, but no matter, she kindly left them in the shade in front of the door. They really added a romantic, soft touch to my wedding. I can't thank her enough! Really good value for service, efficiency, and customer service.

It was my first time using this florist. I chose La Mesa Florist first off because of the super reasonable prices. The flowers that I had delivered for a birthday turned out even more beautiful than the picture on the website :)

I had it arranged to be delivered at 10:30am (I even paid an extra fee to have them delivered at the specific time), and they delivered at 9:15am. It was nice that they were early, but that could have ruined the whole plan since I was having them delivered to my friend's workplace, so good thing she had gotten in by 9:15 that day! I called this florist from out New York and got Karen on the phone. I am picky about my flower arrangements and she was patient and friendly! She also said she would send me a picture of the arrangement when it went. What a brilliant idea.

I live in Texas and my favorite Aunt lives in La Mesa and I know if I call or email Karen, my Aunt Joan will receive the most beautiful flowers - she is such an artist and provides superior customer service - will send me a picture of the arrangement so I know what is being sent. I could not ask for better service.

I have been using La Mesa Florist for over 6 years now. This is the ONLY florist i go to! Every single service has been beyond excellent. Karen is so helpful and so personal with every order.Theres a new girl, Heather who has been so great! She has helped me with my last couple orders and has been so thorough! I ordered the Ginger Love for my mother-in-law's birthday yesterday around 3PM and they delivered them to her at 11:15AM today. They sent me a confirmation email with a photo of the arrangement after they delivered them. They are gorgeous and my MIL loves them. I didn't know the delivery address, only the name of where my MIL works and the woman who took my order knew exactly where it was (they've been in SD for 20 years or something) so I didn't have to track down her office number. She was helpful and friendly over the phone and more than happy to take my super last minute

I ordered flowers for a co-worker when his grandmother died and I love the service that I received. I ordered flowers from La Mesa Florist for the first time last week and the customer service I received was outstanding! I ordered them with the owner, Karen, and she was the nicest person I've ever spoken to whenever I've dealt with flower delivery orders. I have been buying flowers for years from another florist but became disillusioned with them as their prices kept going up and their quality and service kept going down. A friend recommended La Mesa Florist so I called them to order flowers for an anniversary. Karen answered the phone and from the git go was extremely friendly and helpful.
