Services
We offer Culiance ATM cards that can be used as an ATM card or a debit card at point of purchase (if you are able to key in your PIN). An additional transaction fee may apply at the ATM machine that you are using. However, since we are a member of Culiance, it allows members to transact at ATM machines without a fee that are linked to: CU24, CU Here, CU Here Select (Publix/Presto), CU Here Reciprocal (Moneypass).
A person of Latvian descent, who is a member of an acknowledged religious organization/church and their immediate families. A past member of the Latvian Cleveland Credit Union or of the Latvian Church Credit Union who has terminated and wishes to reinstate his membership to the credit union. A person of Lithuanian descent, who is a member of Lithuanian associations, chapters, organizations or communities in Ohio and their immediate families.
Rate Information: The dividend rate and annual percentage yield may change during every dividend period. We may change the dividend rate for your account as determined by the credit union board of directors. All other dividend periods follow this same pattern of dates. Minimum Balance Requirements: The minimum required to open this account is the purchase of a share in the credit union.
This ATM Card Agreement is the contract which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning the debit card services offered to you by the Latvian Cleveland Credit Union ("Credit Union"). In this agreement, the words "you" and "yours" mean those who sign the application or account card as applicants, joint owners, or any authorized users.
