To preface, I did not get any major repairs done on my car at this place, so I can’t speak to their integrity in that respect. I had a check engine light with a code that suggested a bad MAF sensor or a vacuum leak; was going on a long road trip in a day so I didn’t want to deal with it myself and decided to take it here. The guy looking at the car was very communicative and honest, wasn’t trying to convince me to get unnecessary repairs -as a lady who barely knows how to change an oil filter, this is important to me. I was told I’d have to wait a week for a part to be ordered and even asked if they needed to see it beforehand and was told no. My car had to sit the entire week due to the issue and I was unable to go anywhere. I then call the day it’s supposed to be there and they tell me they’d have to see it before ordering and that they “don’t know” why they didn’t call me. Then they call me back to say I’d have to wait an hour for them to see it and they’re booked out for an entire week so I have to go somewhere else. Which is completely ridiculous.
