Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Yohani and Michelle have made my experience finding an apartment extremely easy. I was met with lots of communication, and they answered every concern I had. They made the renting process so much easier than other sources. Highly recommend this company.

They are completely negligent landlords. Dirty sewage water coming out of the toilet floor and into the bathtub for 3 days and they refuse to help have had to call and text so many numbers they just won’t help they do not care do not move into their buildings, the monem corporation building manager Trevor told us to “be cool” and f off and he keeps the buildings filthy compared to the previous building owners. Completely disgusting would give them 0 stars do not move into their buildings.
They are also negligent with repairs that the city inspector told them to make. Do not waste your time

HORRIBLE, do not expect a response even in emergency situations until hours or DAYS later, they are not reliable the Monem family is a complete disgrace full of SLUMLORDS cutting as many corners as possible. They are okay with SEWAGE FLOODING and coming out from your toilet floor and bathtub for 3 days so far and are extremely rude, will laugh at you, and their "emergency" line is an automated text program that tells is completely incompetent. DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE. I have already reported them to the LA county department of public health and will escalate this to the city and

FUTURE RESIDENTS BEWARE!!! Absolute worst management company in Los Angeles. Not only was my experience with the property manager a joke during my residency, but everything that happened since the day I moved out is also laughable. I've worked in property management for almost 20 years and these folks are the bottom of the barrel.
Just ONE small example... I moved out of their building in 2017 and my name is STILL in their callbox today. I have called and emailed countless times asking them to remove my name/# and have NEVER received a response. At this point, this definitely feels like I'm being

My broken shower head has been POURING water, full force, for OVER A WEEK. Dead serious. I have to leave all my windows open 24/7 so it doesn't turn into a sauna. They let you call once, then cancel your requests after that. I'm stuck here until October. Hope they fix it by then. Don't rent here.

This is the first time I’ve rented an apartment so I have no knowledge about anything that has to do with apartments. I’ve had my apartment for like 2 almost 3 weeks now. the process of getting the apartment was quick and easy. Applied, got approved in like 3 days maybe less. The property is nice looking and so it my unit. Within the same building, I have small businesses next door and the some more apartment units on the side. Like 2 to 3 more units. My biggest issue is that we didn’t know the whole building is considered “ commercial/business property “ it was difficult setting up the

I lived with Monemcorp for a little over 2 and a half years and to say that they were good would be a lie. I work for property management and have to say this company is managed poorly. Service requests not handled in a timely manner or at all, office requests or follow ups were poor to none.
Very disappointed with Pavlin especially with the poor email etiquette and responses to a tenant who pays good money to have such poor service.
Could never get a call back no matter how many voicemails you leave.
Any way, would not recommend to live in one of these properties because if you have to deal

I lived in a Monem Property for nine years. They were always fair and fixed whatever was broken. There were never any unnecessary charges or rent raises and I could always reach someone in the office. Yohani in the property department is great. Eventually when I moved out I got my security deposit back and they didn’t have any disputable deductions. All in all a fair and well run company.

I have lived in my apartment for over a year and love the unit itself. This company, however, is another story. When I was applying for the unit, I had to call multiple times to get any answers to my questions or to get the process moving. It took 2-3 weeks from the time I applied to the time I was approved which is incredibly long in LA. After over a year of living there (and I’m one of the newest people in my complex), we are informed OUT OF NOWHERE that we are not allowed to have any personal items outside of our front doors. The notice was vague, and we did not realize that it included even

They absolutely disrespect your time - you might get respond to one of your 50 emails, texts, calls.
if you want to feel like a dodge ball - try dealing with them.
