I actually would rate them 0 stars if I could. Avoid this place at all cost because they are very shady and honestly a bit racist. I recently submitted an application for one of their properties and Avigayil constantly required "additional documentation" to qualify for the unit. This was odd as I have lived in LA for over 10 years and never had an issue submitting an application for an apartment. They needed proof of income after receiving my paystubs + payments from previous apartments (never have been asked of the latter by other properties in my 10 plus years here). Be careful when dealing with this company, especially Avigayil. While going through the application process, I never signed any rental criteria that stated what needed to be met to qualify. After I had filled out the application, I was then informed that I would need to submit a higher deposit because I had a credit score that was just below what I later found out was required to qualify. After moving in, my score went up above the score I was told I needed, so I asked to get the extra deposit credited to my ledger. After making this request, it took MONTHS to get any response back on the next
