Services
Res Manufacturing is a supplier of metallic parts, assemblies and related services to diversified industries that rewards our associates, suppliers and shareholders by providing superior value to our customers. Founded in 1907, Res has been an innovative producer of metal stamped components and subassemblies.
Our metal stamping facilities cover over 90,000 square feet of manufacturing space and is home to some of the most cutting-edge mechanical and hydraulic metal stamping lines in the industry. We also offer precise heat treating, welding and assembly to ensure we deliver the highest quality parts to meet your needs.
Much as we at Res pride ourselves on our collaborative approach to metal stamping, our ability to deliver a top-notch product also comes down to our facilities and equipment. Both rank among the industry's finest. Unique custom control systems integrated into our press lines substantially reduce set-up time while providing our team precise operational control to optimize first pass yield.
Res Manufacturing engineered stamping solutions takes every possible step to ensure your metal stamped components are designed and manufactured following best practices. Holes: Minimum hole diameter should be equal to or greater than 1.2 times the material thickness. Edge to Holes: The distance between hole and edge should be a minimum of two stock thicknesses.
When it comes to metal stamping, quality is king. You want parts delivered exactly as they were designed. But you also want to hold down costs. At Res, we believe the best way to ensure quality inexpensively and efficiently is by using Poka-Yoke systems. For most applications, like hole stamping, statistical process controls such as X-bar and R charting are unnecessary and only add to cost.
