Having worked with foundries since our inception in 1970, Universal Welding has extensive experience with foundry equipment. We manufacture: tight flasks and bottom boards, rotary screens and augers, transfer cars and mold cars, ladle shells, shakeout shaker decks, large furnace lining forms, scalping drums, bulk bag stands and magnetic separators.
Universal Welding manufactures equipment for the Facilities and Maintenance departments of Metal Recyclers. Heavy demands are placed on recycling equipment, and Universal delivers with durable fabrications. We manufacture material handling equipment, including: sealed lugger box, rolloff box rollers and shafts, tote boxes, heavy duty container, scrap box cover, large custom fabricated steel hopper, shear head, and complete equipment rebuild.

Universal Welding specializes in pipe fabricating and welding. From small quantity to large production runs, we produce tight tolerance pipe weldments to ensure fit and function at customer assembly. We have developed unique fixturing techniques and utilize advanced pipe cutting and welding processes.
Universal Welding can build to customer drawings, or we can work with customer personnel to develop and design custom fabrications to suit. Within our sweet spot of medium to heavy fabricating, we have a wide range of capabilities for building truly custom fabrications. We have a wealth of experience.
