Waist Management provides personal training for Richmond, Sugar Land, Rosenberg and surrounding areas for women and men who want to make fitness a priority, but are discouraged by conventional area gyms. Centrally located in a stylish studio near Hwy 59/Grand Parkway, Waist Management offers a comfortable, non-intimidating facility, free of the distractions and crowds of health clubs and typical gyms.

In this inviting setting, a nationally certified personal trainer will create custom-tailored fitness programs ranging from weight training, cardio and nutritional counseling, designed to meet your fitness goals. From the novice exerciser to the elite, Waist Management can help you get your fitness goals on track!
Services
Darlene is a certified instructor with the American Heart Association. Darlene has been a CPR and First Aid Instructor since 2002. Darlene provides both group and individual training for anyone who is interested in learning CPR and/or First Aid. She has taught children, adults, and seniors how to do CPR.

Found Darlene on heal.me since she had great reviews! She allowed me to do virtual classes since we live so far apart. Would highly recommend her! She completely helped my stomach return to its flat self after having a baby. I highly recommend anyone looking to lose abdominal fat to go to Darlene! She offered great affordable bundles as well. Will be going to her after my second pregnancy :)

Darlene Miller is a top notch physical trainer. She holds several certifications and is very knowledgeable about the body and it’s muscles. She is conscientious, thoughtful and really listens to what your goals are and comes up with a plan to help you achieve them! I have back issues and Darlene is creative in coming up with ways to work around those issues so I get a full body workout. I know working with her I will not injure myself and cause more back issues. Darlene’s workouts are never dull or boring.....she keeps u moving and motivated!
