Equals Fit

I have been so much more confident since I have lost all this weight thanks to Edwin. I love how I feel now. I struggled with weight for so long until Edwin showed me the right way without doing crazy quick fix diets. I have more energy now and new goals. I had a goal to look good for my wedding to my college sweetheart and I couldn't be any happier with the results.

I got so many compliments from family and friends I hadn't seen in years. The wedding was amazing and wedding pictures are priceless. Thank you, Edwin! For always pushing me and being an awesome coach. Getting in shape forces you to face your biggest challenges, and sticking to a regular routine for a long period of time.
