Guest(s) must be accompanied by resident in community clubhouse, fitness rooms, pool, and movie theater at all times.
Florida Condominium Laws requires that prior to levying of a fine, the unit owner must be given notice of the alleged violation and an opportunity to cure it. Then, if not cured, a hearing before disinterested parties, none of whom are members of the board or officers of the association or their relatives, can be requested.
Vehicle washing, polishing, repairs, and / or maintenance is not allowed on property grounds. There is no washing station. No rear-end parking allowed on limited common element driveways or parking spaces. All vehicles must properly display a parking sticker on the FRONT windsheild or they are subject to immobilization and towing.
The forms used for filing an eviction may be obtained from the Clerk & Comptroller's Self Service Center, below, or you may use the low-cost online form preparation program. The statutory, Three-Day Demand Notice to Tenant(s) must be served by mail, hand delivered or posted prior to filing an Eviction Action.

Inside these townhomes are great space & really comfortable layouts that live like single family homes. Garages are also spacious, though you’ll find many residents use their garages as storage and seem to occupy the majority of guest parking. This can be a huge inconvenience on holidays or for guests with disabilities, as disabled spaces are few and far between and almost exclusively used by residents with passes. Parking rules are not enforced at all unless it is by South Florida Booting when they come through in the early morning to check for expired passes and vehicles that are backed into

Cityside Condominiums really could be a lovely place to live, but sadly it is not a place I would not recommend to ANYONE! Starting with management! Constantly changing. Recently had a new manager and when I called the 1-800 # about 2 weeks ago, I inquired about him and was told he was on leave due to "issues" That's pretty comforting. The girl that works the office will never return a phone call. You go to the office and the majority of the time it is closed.Walk the perimeter of the complex and look at all of the junk! Just filthy! Ive spotted some window units - which according to the HOA, are

If I could give this a zero I would!!! What a scam!!! We went to visit our son, we went threw security. They had our names and the dates we were staying. They did not give us a parking pass. We were booting by a third party towing company the next day and told we had to pay $65.00 to get our car back!

IF I could figure out how to give zero stars I would. City Side allows towing companies to come in at 4am and boot cars because they receive a referral fee. I got a $65 boot on my car for backing into MY driveway. City side management said they, “have no control over the towing and booting companies”. Seems like bs to me. Don’t live here
