Tamberlane is located off of PGA Blvd at The Avenue of the PGA, in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida 33418 between the Florida Turnpike and I-95. The community was developed in 1968-1969 and is a quiet hidden gem conveniently located to activities and shopping.

Some communities hold gender-specific events (e.g., "men's golf outing" or "ladies' night out") and like to be able to send communications about those events to just the residents who would be interested. If your community opts to send these types of communications, providing your gender will help ensure you only receive relevant emails, texts, etc.
Reputable vendors do not hesitate to give you their license and insurance coverage documentation. Have them email it to you or to the office, or fax it to the office, there are multiple ways to complete the forms in the RENOVATION PACKET. The Board review only takes a few days and can be rushed if necessary, BUT IT ALL STARTS WITH YOU!
Seasonal residents are reminded that someone, a friend or agency should be making frequent inspections of your condo during your absence. Things happen and you should have your condo checker looking for evidence of leaks on the ceiling, water on floors, evidence of insects, any unusual odors or discoloration, signs of mold etc.

Washer and dryer units are NOT permitted in individual units. The buildings are equipped with washer and dryer stack units in a laundry room on the second floor and third floor in some buildings. The cost to wash or dry is $1.50 per load. You need a laundry card which can be purchased from the office for $10.00.
