In this crazy market in South Florida, where everything rents and sells so quick and for much more than the initial asking price, he was able to get me a great deal in downtown West Palm Beach!
Not the mention that I had only 2 weeks to find my new perfect place when I reached out to him, and as per listing agent words, ''he had a great energy and was very enthusiastic'' so she has decided to work with us even though she had a better offer on the table!

It's a crazy house market - most of us know that! Seth Koretzky went out of his way to first find the right property for us and then help us buy the home. In the current circumstances most of this was done remotely - scary when you think of how much money you are spending but Seth made the transaction go smoothly and quickly. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Even once the closing was done and dusted he kept in touch and was willing to help us with anything we needed.
