We're a family-run company with a long history of visiting Walt Disney World and the beaches of Central Florida. Long before we got into property management, we were property owners who bought our first vacation home near Disney World in 2006. The unit was SUPER CUTE and very clean. The rooms are such good sizes and the view is GORGEOUS! The beach access is right there.
*THERE IS NO POOL*
There were photos of a pool on the listing and there is NOT a pool.
The kitchen also has ZERO cooking basics like spices. I had to basically buy a new spice collection to cook and was very unhappy. Also bring paper products like toilet paper and paper towels and trash bags. They really only provide hardware, it was extremely frustrating and expensive to manage.
Otherwise 10/10 beach and location experience. All the stores are very close.

The condo was very nice. From the description, we assumed it was a direct oceanfront room. We did have an ocean view with a balcony but from the north side, not a direct east view. Check-in was at 4 so we got there at 4:05 & the cleaning gals were still there. They were finishing up but it should have been ready. We were there the wknd of the time change & lost an hour so we requested an extra hour on our checkout. I received a response right away saying that they would check but I never heard back so asked again the morning of checkout. I did finally hear back that we could get the extra hour

This 2 bedroom condo was just right for our 2 week stay. It was very clean and everything worked well. The communication with the owners was excellent, very prompt and clear. All the required information was provided in lots of time as well which helped to alleviate any apprehension. The facilities of Windsor Hills are excellent even though on warm days the pool is very busy. I would certainly recommend this for a family of 4 as more than that might be a bit crowded.

We were very pleased with our rental. It was nice and clean! Daniel and Ana were both very quick in responding and friendly!! We would Definately be happy to stay again. We needed to stay the night another night because our cruise was cancelled. This location was booked so Daniel let us know of a townhouse he had in the same area! Thank you Daniel and Ana!!

We had a great trip. Thank you for sharing your wonderful villa with us. This place is well appointed with EVERYTHING you would need for a fun family trip. Bunk beds were a big hit with our grandkids. 4 stars only because the condo needs a bit of a “refresh”. Obviously gets a lot of use...which is great. We didn’t get a chance to use any of the amenities of the property but the pool area looks amazing! Location could NOT be better for a Disney trip. Unless you are “on property” you can’t get much closer. Easy Peasy in and out!

Such a pleasant experience. Our Condo was clean and right on the ocean. If I had any questions received a quick reply back. Even the maintenance people who keep everything up and running was pleasant, and friendly. Loved that we had a parking garage. Even enjoyed the back yard bunny every evening. Never knew about beach bunnies. We named him Hoppy and enjoyed watching him come out and eat the grass in the evenings. The pool was nice, too. We only visited once because we lived at the ocean most of the time. We're making this a yearly vacation because of our great experience! So, thanks and now you
