White Glove Services

Founded 2010 under the company name of White Glove Services LLC, Butlers On Call has always been our website address. During our 2nd year we began offering additional services, and even more services the following years. In 2017 our founder, Debi Einmo, suffered a medical crisis that gave her time to reflect.

A Junior Butler is a fully trained Resort Butler who serves to free up Mom's time on a vacation and one who strives to keep the villa tidy. Our Junior Butlers may also facilitate family style meals, and provide information on attractions. A Senor Butler is a fully trained professional Butler who has served in private homes to manage the goings and comings of a busy family.

A Jr Butler does all the things that need to be done to keep a family on track and enjoying their vacation. A 10 minute "kick off the day" meeting is generally enough direction for the entire day with your Butler. Buzzing from one task to another with little instruction from you, the Butler not only keeps the home tidy, but is attentive to the needs of each group of guest in your villa.

When you travel, we will be there to watch over your home and facilitate services at our home while you are away. We call this process Home Tending. Our travel time to/from your home is built into our rates as we travel to other homes on similar days. However if you request a visit on a different day, we reserve the right to apply a "travel charge" for the butlers time and vehicle costs for the day change.

A: We require 50% payment at the time of booking, unless you wish to pay 100%. We are happy with either decision. However, if your arrival is less than three months away, we require 100% payment at the time of booking. A: The amount paid is non-refundable but can be transferred to another time-frame within twelve months.
