Your hearing solution is dependent upon the judgment, skill, and experience of our licensed audiologists and audiology aides who will partner with you for one-to-one success. Starting from our cheerful and helpful front office, our staff have always provided our patients with good ol' personalized hearing healthcare since 1997.
Dr. Sandra Wendschlag has been practicing Audiology since 1986. Prior to opening Landmark Hearing Services in 1997, she worked 11 years as a hearing care specialist for a large audiology group. She sees patients in our Sunnyvale location. In 1986, she received her Masters degree in Audiology followed by earning her Doctorate degree through Arizona School of Health Science in 2003.
We are located in the Foothill Medical/Dental Center at the corner of W. Fremont Avenue and Mary Avenue. We are a few blocks off of Hwy 85 - just minutes from Los Altos, Cupertino, Mountain View, Santa Clara, Milpitas and San Jose. Our facility has plenty of accessible parking and is wheelchair accessible.

I do not recommend the service here. The office staffs are very rude.
The hearing devices product very very poor quality.Horrible & waster customer valuable time.I bought my hearing devices from here,but never work for me. I tried for 5 times. I return the hearing aid to office without any refund. My ears was very painful and sweating.I request here Dr call me back.The Dr refuse call me back. My experience here was very very disappoint .................
I report the terrible service to my insurance inc.

Really satisfied with my time with landmark hearing services Dr. Brandon Cyrus is amazing and is a true hero to me of hearing aid services. Having hearing aids my whole adult life its hard to find caring audiologist like him, he made me feel comfortable and really cared about the quality of my hearing. Dr. Cyrus is a true hero in my book!!! Highly recommend!!!

My two year old needed to have a hearing test done to rule out hearing issues and we were referred to Landmark by our pediatrician. Brandon Cyrus conducted a series of tests and by the end of the appointment, even our cautious and suspicious-of-doctors toddler was giggling and smiling ear to ear. I was so impressed by his gentle and friendly demeanor (I'm sure it's not easy to perform a hearing test on a two year old!). He was able to collect the information he needed efficiently and without any tears from our daughter. :)
Would definitely come back if we needed any follow up care.

I have recommended Landmark Hearing to lots of people because they are a great company. My audiologist there is Amy and she has been amazing. I have gone to her for support many times over the last few years and she is always very helpful and goes far beyond what would be expected. She is patient, knowledgeable, and kind. The office atmosphere is friendly and organized.

I was missing a lot of conversation because my hearing aid needed an adjustment, When I called, they immediately set up an appointment. Normally, I see Sandra but she was booked. Instead I was set up with Amy the day that I called. She was most helpful. I was extremely pleased with her skill, patience and attentiveness.

I've been to many audiologist for about 49 years since I was 5 years of age. The last great and the real know how to do the job in 1981 because of his retirement. Most specialist did their job within reason but never really understood the depth of how 'hard of hearing' person need to hear.
Today's technology have so much to offer but confused my hearing because I'm so used to analogy. I've tried the compression version of noise control and it didn't work for me.

These people are great! They helped me get my hearing aids and walked me through the uses of them and calibrated them as well. First I wasn't approved for the financing but they never give up on me, eventually they found away to help me get them. It's been over 10 years since I've had hearing aids and now I'm so happy I can hear again. The doctor was very professional and patient with me and the staff is very friendly.

Today (Friday) my right hearing aid quit working at about 1:30PM and Landmark closes at 2PM on Friday. I called them and described the problem and then drove there in about 5 minuets.
Heidi had called the manufacturer and determined it had to be returned with a 10+ day turnaround. She suggested I return both as they were under warranty. She also gave me a new pair loner set and programmed them to my requirements. She also set up my iPhone which controls them and was done before their 2PM closing time. I consider this service "as good as it gets". Thanks Landmark !
