The best. Scott is patient, the most experienced guy out there, and one of the few remaining vendors who sell from several makers and not just one. This helps ensure you get the best one for you. Plus, 90% of getting a hearing aid to work for you is the skill of the guy fitting it: this is where Scott excels.

I've had a profound hearing loss for decades and came here to have a new hearing aid fitted. The place was clean, they took reasonable precautions in respect to the pandemic, and staff friendly. If not for my bad experience I'd have given more stars.
They performed an audiogram, which was required to fit the hearing aid. However they charged me for it, despite the plan I purchased my hearing aid from including this expense in the overall cost of the hearing aid. I had to contact the manager of the plan to get this double charge refunded. Furthermore after returning for two adjustments after the
