Shuert Technologies, LLC is a vertically integrated, design, tooling, and manufacturing company, established in 1971. We are located in northeast Metropolitan Detroit (Michigan, USA), with easy access to all forms of transportation. Shuert Technologies designed and tooled its first twin sheet pallet in the early 1970's.

In 1981, we purchased a thermoforming company, Oakland Plastics, and installed our first twin sheet machine. Our primary business case for entering into the manufacturing arena was to exploit the advantages of twin sheet thermoforming, primarily in the material handling field. At that time, no other manufacturer was engaged in twin sheet thermoforming as a serious business objective.
Services
Durable, reusable, twin-sheet thermoformed pallets and tops have a ten-year life expectancy ranging between 50 - 100 plus trips. Strong for stacking, Uni-Pak sleeves extend to the floor which provide unmatched top-to-bottom compression versus other competitive sleeve packs. Space-efficient, pallets and tops are nestable as well as reusable and the sleeves are collapsible, yielding improved warehouse utilization and reducing freight costs.
Our lightweight, twin-sheet thermoformed high-density polyethylene pallet performs all the functions of the wooden pallet it replaced without product damage, frequent and costly repairs, and the growing problem of wood disposal. The Uni-Pallet offers outstanding economy along with strength and durability.
When the biggest companies in the world have material handling problems, they go to Shuert Technologies. There's no problem too big for Shuert, the world's leading manufacturer of returnable material handling systems. We've come up with solutions for many of the world's largest corporations, and we'll solve your shipping problem no matter what it is.

Always slow when I deliver here. Last 2 times I've been here I've had at least 2 trucks get into the docks next to me way after I got in and they're finished and leaving way before me.
Edit: Been here a couple times since my initial review and they seem to be improving. Adding a couple stars.

Decent unload time and very nice people. Your GPS will lead you to the exit of the facility. The YELLOW X has these signs. The red is the route you need to take. Hope these help.
