Kind, honest, and respectful staff. The dentist, the dental hygiene, the dental assistant and the front desk are very professional plus everyone has a smile. Friendly, efficient, skilled. Dr. John was recommended by a work colleague. I've had persistent pain in my lower left tooth area and my other dentist was just taking a "wait and see" approach.

If the tooth is very sharp it can be sanded down with a nail file until you can be seen. Depending on the size of the chip the dentist will either smooth it, build it up, or you may need a crown. If it is a small chip on a front tooth this is common and probably will not need repairing. People chip teeth all the time and it may not be as big a deal as you may think.

Dr. John Aboukhater, DMD is simply AWESOME! He is extremely skillful, talented, professional and kind. You will be greeted by knowledgeable, accommodating and a very friendly staff. I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Aboukhater and his dental assistant, Rachel. The experience was absolutely exceptional. Dr. John and his dental hygienist Linda are fantastic. They are both passionate about what they do and consummate professionals, with great results. Additionally the office is perpetually upgrading their technology always staying on the cutting edge. My wife and I plus our three kids have gone there for a couple years after going to other area dentists. Dr. John and his team are the best in the Newburyport area.
