Ingallina's Box Lunch

Great place to order party platters when you add up the cost and time to make them yourself. I love the boxed lunches, we order them at work on occasion. I also like to make a friends birthday special by sending them a basket of cookies accompanied by a lunch to thier work. Tasty stuff!

Had a boxed lunch for the first time today and it was delicious!!!!
I will definitely order again.

The company I work for has ordered from them a few times. The first time they were hours late delivering or didn't deliver at all. The second time was more prompt but some sandwiches had hair in them This last time the pastries tray was tiny. There were spinach or ham and cheese options. Very small pastries. On top of that, all the spinach ones had human hair in them. Not impressed. $68 for 8 tiny pastries and a jug of coffee with sugar and cream? Pretty pathetic.

The delivery always has occurred on time and the food has always been as described and has been good. However, specific delivery details and instructions of which area and building to deliver to has been a frustrating issue so I had to deduct stars for these ongoing problems. I have been very clear in where to bring the box lunches and have repeated this to the rep who confirms the order with me, but yet, the lunches are delivered to the wrong area each time. I'm not sure what else I can do or how much clearer I can be which might mean we change companies if this occurs again.

Order online the night (or as late as early morning) before your lunch and they deliver a beautifully packed box of delicious food packed with water, fruit, cookie, utensils, wipe and a mint. Fantastic. My only complaint is that they are closed Sundays. My Georgetown delivery person was personable and friendly and I can't say enough great things about my experience.

I work with this company all the time for work. I've had multiple coworkers ask me for their contact information because they enjoyed lunch so much. They are punctual, friendly and always so helpful. It's a little difficult to get ahold of accounting but they always return my calls.
Everyone seems to love the pear blue cheese salad and my favorite are the cookies! Sooooooo unbelievably good.

The food is amazing and definitely gets 5 stars but the service not so much. We had opted for the 11:30a-12p delivery window so it would get here before our lunch started but they arrived at 12:20p and our lunch is over at 12:30p. When we asked what happened the company didn't know and they were very dismissive. We were disappointed because the least they could have done was give us an explanation as to why. If you don't have a time schedule for your lunch or event Ingallina's is great and the food won't disappoint but if you are on a time schedule be aware of their time schedule as well and that

What an awesome company. The staff go out of their way to help get what you need, even when I have several people with complicated dietary requests or restrictions. It's best to place orders the day before if you can and I find that they're very flexible with my needs. Plus their chicken club is to die for... just saying. It's hard to find places with customer-oriented staff and they are definitely doing it right. And I love the gift boxes they have right now for Valentine's Day, everything is so cute!
