Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous customer service. I ordered 4 gift boxes this past holiday season, and, due to shipping issues, two did not arrive. One of them Knack caught, and immediately replaced, and the other I didn't realize hadn't arrived until a month later. Customer Service could not have been nicer and more helpful about replacing the missing gift box, and I got a very enthusiastic email from the recipient this past weekend. I was able to create great gifts for each of my coworkers that were thoughtful and beautifully assembled. We did our company gifts through Knack Shops for 2020. The options are unique and fully customizable making it a no brainer for our 170+ gifts. Liz Furmanski was quick to respond to every request, assisted in fully branding our boxes and we were still able to get them there before Christmas - in the nick of time! When all other vendors told us branding wasn't possible on 12/6 Knack Shops pulled out all the stops to make it happen. VERY excited to work with them again in 2021!

I have used KNACK for sending both wedding and graduation gifts. The assortment and curation of unique high quality gift items is top notch. The gifts selection varies allowing customization for many price points. In addition, I've worked with their customer service team after a package I ordered did not make it to it's destination. The KNACK team was AMAZING in helping replace the missing gift at no charge to me and sent the replacement quickly. I would highly recommend KNACK and will absolutely be using them again in the future.

Just placed my order with Knack for a Seattle themed gift package for my Aunt and Uncle. They are tricky to shop for each year, but I found just the right collection of goods for their tastes easily. Plus, they make it very easy to customize your own gift collection. The packaging and site are wonderfully curated, tasteful and reflect local PNW artisans. Finally, I was especially pleased when they were able to ship my order in under 24hrs during the busy holiday season. Well done Knack. I'll be back.

Had an amazing experience buying a gift from Knack!! Their site is beautifully curated and I love that you can customize every gift but they also give you lots of ideas to get started making the perfect gift for anyone. I bought a gift for my girlfriend from college who lives down in CA, it was great that they send a you picture of the gift once its made so that you know what the final product looks like that you're sending off. It's not just another boring brown box either, their packaging is really well done and the overall presentation is great-- my girlfriend absolutely loved the knack I built

I've had great experiences with Knack! I've used the website to shop for birthday gifts, Christmas presents, and bachelorette party favors so far, and every time people have been thrilled. The site is super fun to use and it's easy to reach out if you have questions about the site or the products.
Also, wrapping presents is not my forte so I especially appreciate how Knack packs their gifts. Everything I've made has held up in the mail and on plane trips, and the gifts look beautiful when they arrive.
