This shop is inattentive to its and yours cirars. When I first found BUGS in cigars I bought here, I called them and said I don't want to complain. I have a lot of cigars in my humidor and own bad experience with bugs (they destroyed all cigars in my humidor), but there are much more cigars in the store. I just wanted to warn that the bugs don't spoil other cigars in the store and other customers. Manager thanked me, made a replacement. Said they will double-check and quarantine ones with bugs. That was a nice job I thought. and after 2 weeks I bought what you see on pictures.

Love this place! Prices are reasonable (especially since there doesn't seem to be that many decent cigars shops in the area), the shop is always really clean, & the employees are always really helpful. They even called me when a product came in that they were out of. They also have a great selection.

Tinderbox is a little more expensive for cigars, especially after visiting Ohio and their cheap and non highly taxed state cigars, but they make up for it with pipe tobacco and other stuff. Local shops found in cities around Tacoma may offer cheaper alternatives for cigars but they are often hard to find. Tinderbox still offers expert advice on cigars, pipe tobacco, and huks (sp) and that value is needed to find your smoking needs. Jeff, the owner, and his staff are there to serve and make sure everyone enjoys the enjoyment of the smoke.
