Great service! I worked with Charles, he was the kind of person you want to help you. He made everything easy. It wasn't like pulling everything out of him to get answers. He laid everything out, anticipated questions. They did an alignment for my brand new tires I purchased from Costco that day. The next day I took it to Toyota for a lube, oil and filter, because I had prepurchased a buy 3 deal package. Toyota said I needed an alignment which I said just had done the day before and they said I needed brakes, plus other things. My good deal on the lube oil filter was now going to cost over

Terrible customer service. I had a coupon for a tire rotation so I called and asked to make an appointment. The guy said they were not taking appointments for tire rotations and that I could stop by and it would be fast. This place is 30 minutes away from where I live so I made the drive across town and when I got there a woman at the front desk said they are ONLY doing tire rotations by appointment. She said I could either wait several hours or make an appointment and come back another day. Absolute waste of my time. I will never be using this place again.

I waited for 1 hour for (I had an appointment) for them to tell me I had a pinhole in one tire that they couldn't repair. They then informed me that I had to replace all 4 of my tires. Three of the 4 tires had 50% wear, one with a puncture and the forth tire with 10% wear. They refused to replace the tire with the pinhole with a new tire and insisted I needed 4 new tires. While it is recommended by the manufacturer to replace all tires in this circumstance, it is NOT a requirement. Albuquerque Tire was very good in the past but a fairly young man claiming to be owner was also rude. Be careful

We have been using Albuquerque Tire for years. They deserve a five star rating because they are very knowlegable, reasonably price, honest and stand by their work. I recently had an issue where a dealer was trying to get me to buy all need tires, saying I had screws in unfixable locations and would need to spend $640+tax to get new tires. I declined and took it straight to ABQ Tire. They found one screw and it cost $20. You can trust these folks!

Driving home to Santa Fe this afternoon on a fresh set of best quality Michelin's, I had time to reflect on my experiences with Albuquerque Tire, thus:
I've bought my tires here since they started in business back in '82.
They're honest, knowledgeable and friendly. It happens that they also carry the best tires available. I'm a Michelin fan and drive about 35,000 miles a year on these great tires. In the last five sets I've purchased new from Albuquerque Tire, I've never had a flat or slow leak. They've always taken care to be sure my car is well aligned

Tacoma with aftermarket parts, icon ucas, they were able to give me 3.5 of castor no problem, drives and tracks straight as an arrow. On my 285/70/17 Bfg Ko2s, other places that tried to balanced them, said they are just prone to vibrations and are hard to balance. After Albuquerque Tire rebalanced my tires, my truck feels like new, like driving on glass!!! Great guys, great work, and reasonably priced to boot!!! My new go to shop for tires/alingmnet!!!

The customer service was great, I went in for a used tire and I was in and out in roughly 30 minutes and there were 2 others waiting in the lounge. The location is a bit of a task to get to if you are coming from I25 heading in the direction east, but do not let the turn in deter you. The prices were fair and extremely convenient!

I was needing work done on my mini and this place was recommended. The staff is friendly and helpful. One of the this you don't hear to often is " we don't want to have you pay for more than what you need." This was something the person who helped me said. If I need more work down they can do I will be back.

Locally owned and operated! I love giving the little guy my business. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, including Max the shop dog. They treat you with respect and explain everything they are doing. It's nice to be acknowledged once you walk in. The prices fairly and don't take any short cuts. I recommend calling ahead for an appointment but they are usually flexible enough to see you right away if you don't.

Was looking for a reputable & honest place to do an alignment, I am always apprehensive & worried about who to go to as most are like used car salesman, dishonest & always looking to drain you with unwanted services.
I called and spoke to "Richard" who was professional & helpful about assuring me about pricing and to take care of what I only wanted repaired at that time. Finally a place that won't try to sneak in additional charges "hallelujah"
Brought my vehicle in they assessed the proper alignment that it needed, repaired it and walked out of there

Cheers: Honest and reputable. The usual/ interesting/ bizarre ABQ ride bus patrons do not congregate here. A plus plus service. They let my dog run wild in the shop and laughed when he felt the need to suddenly unleash a torrent of puppy pee behind the counter. And they cleaned it up!

I would recommend asking for Richard. He is kind, patient, explains things well and will get you the best price.
I called Chet's Wheel Alignment and they only do four wheel alignments for $79.99. Here at Albuquerque Tire they can do just the front wheel adjustments for $59.99 if that's all you need (their four wheel alignment is $89.99 at the time of this review).
Richard let me know that all I needed was the front wheel so I walked out with a lower bill than if I went to Chet's.
Also, they will do a free brake inspection if you get the wheel alignment whereas Chet's charged
