Regular maintenance keeps your vehicle running the way it should and helps prevent major repairs down the road. Factory recommended services A 1-6, B 1-6, and any other maintenance needs can be performed by us with no compromise to your factory warranty in any way.
We can inspect your vehicle before the factory or extended warranty expires to make you aware of any issues your car may have that have been overlooked elsewhere. All work we provide is backed by a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty and certain repairs are covered for 24 months 24,000 miles, or 36 months 36,000 miles and will not void your factory warranty.

These guys are honest and real. They don't treat me like an idiot, which I've experienced at other shops because I'm a woman. Other shops have tried to outright scam me, like I don't know my own truck that I've been driving for 20 years, how much parts cost, or what average rates are. Art and his team are the only people I trust.

Quality is right! I'm not from Albuquerque and was in a time crunch to make sure the car was going to run without failure. They squeezed me in despite their full shop calendar. Taking my circumstances into consideration, they bent over backwards to accommodate me and also did fabulous work repairing the car. If I lived anywhere in the Albuquerque area, I'd bring all my vehicles to these folks for all regular maintenance and repairs.

After my daughter had multiple failed attempts at starting her car, she brought in her car, and the mechanic/owner (?) deemed that "the battery was fine, nothing wrong with it" and then dismissed her, unwilling to investigate further.
Follow-up: both the Lexus dealership AND AAA found the battery to have failed the battery test, testing at 119/800 cold cranking amps.
Did not rotate and balance the tires, despite my daughter's asking and the tires needing to be rotated and balanced.
Did not replace the brake pads and resurface the rotors, despite my daughter's asking them

Art determined the source of a leak on my Accord, ordered and replaced the seal and test drove the vehicle to ensure the leak was repaired. Very knowledgeable Technicians and excellent customer service. They far exceed the Honda Dealership maintenance shops in the area. They are now my go to shop for all my Honda repairs and services.

Fabulous car repair place. My check engine light came on while traveling across the country. Even though they were very busy, Art took the time to diagnose my problem. He then ordered the needed part and had the car repaired it in just a couple of hours. We were back on the road feeling good about our car. If I lived in ABQ this would be my go to car shop. I can't say enough good things about this place . Honest communication, good prices, quality work.

I brought my 05 Honda Odyssey to them. to look at a few of my concerns. They gave me a timeframe that they would call be back after they looked at the issues I asked on. they called me back before they the deadline they gave me ,explained the issues with the van and gave me cost up front prior to doing any work. I highly recommend them because of the communication quality work and affordable prices

Art was super helpful. was just passing through on my way to st. louis and needed my transfer fluid checked. he was able to locate the issue that was causing the leak and recommended how to solve it. had me on my way in no time at a super reasonable cost. if i am ever driving through again and need my truck checked i will definitely stop here. thanks a bunch y'all

My usual mechanics referred me to Seth, as the best Honda diagnostician in Albuquerque, when they couldn't determine the source of my Accord's intermittent performance problem. Seth performed extensive diagnoses but could find no mechanical issues but did notice a potential intermittent ground issue. The car has worked without issue since he cleaned the grounds.
The dogged search for the cause of my car's problem and thinking outside the box resolved the mystery of the intermittent performance.
The charge was quite reasonable,. the service excellent and the personnel helpful and personable.

I am thankful that they were able to fix my broken trunk door in just a few hours. I was in the middle of a long distance road trip when the trunk door of my Hyundai car suddenly won't close. I called up a few other shops but their estimated time would take either 2 days or more. ABQ Quality Auto took me in around 9:30am, ordered the parts, and by 1pm the job is done. The only setback was the $213.05 bill. I felt it was overpriced but at that time I felt like there's no other choice.

ABQ Quality Auto is THE BEST auto shop in New Mexico and likely one of the best in the U.S. Art and Seth are down to earth, professional, honest and trustworthy. I'm really particular about my vehicle, my dad was a mechanic and my brother is a mechanic in Arkansas. When it comes to double checking my car before a long trip, Art and Seth are the only mechanics I trust.

I had a Check Engine light on & I needed a repair shop in Downtown. ABQ Quality Auto was able to look at code within 2 days. They called within 2 hrs & were honest about the issue & explained the diagnosis. It ended up being a minor part & the cost was under $100. They were careful & took all the COVID precautions. I will take my car back to them next time for sure.

ABQ Quality Auto was recommended by a friend, I've been there a few times. Both times the repairs turned out to be minor, prices were low, work was done well. No scary up-selling, just honest and skilled mechanics.
I haven't had a big repair done here, but this is the first place I'll go if I ever need one.

The clutch on my 3G Acura TL recently went out, and I felt that this repair might be better performed by a professional, so I went searching. I came across ABQ Quality on this site, and saw that they only had 2 reviews, but that they were both very positive, so I decided to give them a try. I'm really glad that I did. After speaking with Art over the phone, he thought that my problem might be one of the cylinders and not the clutch itself, which would be a much more expensive fix.

I had the best experience at ABQ Quality Auto. Worth mentioning, it has been two months but I kept forgetting to write my review.
I was traveling for work and drove from Denver. My Jeep, out of the blue, wouldn't start. After trying to start it numerous times it started, so I was able to drive it to a shop. Not being from the area, I pulled up Yelp and picked the first one I saw - ABQ Quality Auto. It was about 5 on a Thursday afternoon. I called the shop and they said bring it in. I got there probably just after 5. I felt bad being there so late in their day, but they made me feel comfortable

Art is great to work with and I can't recommend his shop enough. I can really depend on his work to keep my car running and he recommends maintenance ahead of time, before it becomes an expensive problem. He's the only mechanic I trust to honestly tell me what my car needs done. For example, my 4runner just hit 200k miles and he told me to do the front suspension, but the back was ok. It was an expensive repair, although his price was very reasonable. WOW what a difference! It brakes so much better and the weird jitter it had accelerating on the freeway is gone. Art really understands
