I just attended my first chiropractic visit with Dr Kara and I am so thrilled that I found Lula Health Center and her care! I felt heard, seen, and validated not to mention completely cared for. She took a whole body approach not just symptomatic and I walked away knowing more about my body and how to take care of myself. Highly recommend!

I just had my first chiropractic appointment with Dr. Kara, and it was great! I went in for a wellness visit/assessment and had a really great session. I learned some wonderful corrective stretches I can do at home and I got a gentle adjustment. I feel so relaxed from my treatment, I wasn't expecting that! Thank you!

Years and years trying Chriropractors in Portland and never finding real relief was such a frustration in my life. I cannot say enough about Dr. Kara Werner at Lula Health. She is the kindest and most knowledgeable doctor I have ever encountered. Goes above and beyond explaining everything and giving recommendations and really getting to know you. She's just absolutely lovely. She has treated me for many injuries and chronic pain, and I am often pain free after just one treatment. Like magic!

I have been to a handful of chiropractors and no one compares to Dr. Paez. She has helped me through several car accidents and continues to do treatments on me, as needed. She always knows just what my body needs. Every time I leave her office, I feel grateful to have found her. She is an absolute gem.

As a long runner, I have various aches and pains and always turn to Lula to help manage the wear and tear on my muscles from long distances. As a mother, I know I can count on Dr. Louise to provide gentle, effective treatments for my infant. I love Lula Health Center. Dr. Jill has helped me in more ways than I can count. I did something terrible to my shoulder and she was able to fix it right up. I moved away from my chiropractor of 20 years and needed to find someone quick when I got hurt. I am so happy I found this place.

Everyone I have met has been warm and professional. The actual building is super cool. And I have never had a problem not finding parking in the evenings when I go.

This is a small woman owned business. The owner, Louise, is very good at what she does and she runs a top notch health center. All of the ladies at Lula are incredible. I have been getting massages from Stephanie for years now. Louise and Jill have both done Chiro work on me. I have chronic pain from a truama related injury. It's a very uncomfortable and triggering type of pain and difficult to talk about. I feel so safe and cared for here. They are like family, these ladies take such great care of me. I love lula! I've been coming here for years and have used chiro & massage. Louise is amazing and warm and welcoming, and intelligent too. She really cares that's you're doing better. I've seen several of her massage therapists and have had the same experience. The people here are passionate about their practice and seem to really love it.

On top Of that it's like going to my therapist b/c I can just talk and vent and she listens!!

Lula health center is an escape from reality! I'm not a religious person per say but if I had to imagine what it would be like to have a team of angels working on my body this is it! I have needed chiropradtic care for years for chronic neck pain, headaches, and shoulder issues. As such, I'm very particular about the type of adjustment I will receive - it must be gentle, yet effective. Too often, Chiropractors are simply too rough for me, leaving me in worse pain than before an appointment. Not so with Lula Health Center and Dr. Paez! I am a long time believer in alternative methods of care. I have seen several chiropractors and LMT's in my day, none compare to the care I receive at Lula Health Center. I regularly see Dr. Paez, and crave the cranial-sacral therapy she administers. Dr. Paez helps me to live a life free from pain and ibuprofen. I am also a regular client of Laura Hill one of the LMT's at Lula. She is simply put the best massage therapist on the planet I'm pretty sure. I highly recommend choosing Lula for your alternative care needs.

Everyone at Lula is amazing! They support community building events, have great relationships with their patients and each other, and make you feel comfortable immediately. Dr. Terry recently worked on me due to a mid-back flare up that was excruciating, she quickly tested me, had some helpful feedback, and her adjustments helped me to heal very quickly and I was 100% again within the week! In addition to accepting insurance, they also offer sliding scale fees, so don't worry about it not being affordable, just focus on getting better!! Be well everyone!!

The best chiropractic care I have ever received! Dr. Paez is exactly what I've been looking for all these years! Her massage therapist, Laura, provides the most amazing deep tissue massages ever! What a perfect combo those two are :-)

First off let me tell you I have been to a few chiropractors in my life and I believe very much in chiropractic health. The only reason I have been to a few in my life is because I have moved around quite a bit and finding an excellent chiropractor can be quite a challenge!

Dr. Paez is a truly wonderful chiropractic physician. I have had the pleasure of sending many patients her way and they always are very satisfied with her work.
