Services
Dr Dhillon graduated from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine, Biddeford, ME, in 1996. She completed her internship and residency at Eastmoreland Hospital in Portland, OR, in 1999 and immediately joined our staff at Columbia View. Dr. Daskalos was born and raised in Oregon.
In addition to our regular office hours we are available for emergencies after hours. Patients can reach one of our doctors evenings and weekends through our answering service (503)294-1378. Our business office will file a claim with your insurance company for services provided. Please verify with your insurance company prior to your visit that our doctors are listed providers on the insurance panel.

My husband has been going to this clinic for over 15 years and myself for almost 10 years. I've been seeing Dr. DHILLION and she's amazing. This review is about the phone answering staff. I called to schedule an appointment. There was a perfect time available and she wouldn't hold the spot until she had updated insurance info. So she transferred me, it went to voice-mail. Left a voice mail and called back immediately to make sure the post was held. She said she could hold it intentively and that the other person would call me back. I called back an hour later and they said she was on lunch and

Dr. Byrne is incredible. She is empathetic, understanding, experienced, and thorough. She explains everything in detail and in an easy to understand way. She makes sure the issue is handled and I feel confident in the treatment plan. The only downsides are long wait times. I've had to wait an hour and a half for her. However, she never rushed me no matter how far behind she was. She always made sure to answer any questions and discuss everything completely. Fantastic doctor and I highly recommend her.

I am a Doctor family nurse practitioner. I was given an opportunity to interview here in 2019-2020. During the interview one of the doctors showed up late. She asked discriminatory Employment questions concerning my US military reserve service and “How would like to be addressed or how do you ask patients to address you since your not an MD?” Well, I could not believe what I was hearing. On my way out of the clinic it made perfect sense I thought, wow it makes the clinic was silent with no patients they were really rude and disrespectful human beings. Dr Dhillon is an amazing dr! She has seen me through alot and continues to see me through, i had almost given up Faith in drs until i started being seen by her.
She doesn't give you false hopes or string you along and she is always honest. I wish all Dr's had the good intentions and well being of their patients as a priority like she does. The office staff is also amazing i love them all. They deal with my big mouth and dark sense of humor 🤣 thanks guys ❤

After something close to 30 yrs of seeing the same doctor here (he retired 2-3 yrs ago), many of which I've chosen to drive very long distances to see my old doctor, I've had nothing but problems with this office when it comes to insurance billing.
Like many others have stated in their reviews, the doctors might be fine but expect less than decent customer service once the doctor leaves the room and you're left to deal with the business office.

Rudest billing lady. She calls every day for a bill they were told to contact our insurance about. I finally contacted my insurance and sorted it out, but she must’ve been really stressed it was entertaining. She is so rude like beyond belief. She goes ‘You know you’re going to have to pay this.’ LOL we are both unemployed now so send it to collections lady don’t go all freaking out on me. So any way we will no longer be going here. Bunch of clowns 🤡 🤡

I see Dr. Byrne at this office. Out of all my adult years of switching doctors trying to find one that was good, she is simply amazing. Best doctor I have ever had. Some people have complained about the front staff being rude, but I've personally never had issues, and even if I did, I would still use the office because you cant find a better doctor.

Dr. Byrne is the most attentive, caring and thorough doctor I have ever seen and I have seen a lot. She is amazing. I have a rare condition and where most doctors had little interest in helping me find a diagnosis, Dr Byrne never gave up and helped me get the care I needed. The nurse practitioner Dana Davies is amazing too. She is warm and caring and helped me through some scary illnesses. Front desk staff is kind and welcoming.

The doc is great, but the office staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The billing person was especially argumentative, and refused to work with our insurance advocates on something that seemed like it should have been a simple fix. After months of phone tag (the voicemail that you reach after hours, says only "Silvia" - nothing about Columbia View Family Health Center, so you are always unsure you are leaving a message at the right place), I finally got in touch with her through the office main line, and was met with only resistance as I was trying to pay. $60 in "late" charges later....
