We are a locally owned company with over 35 years of industry experience here to serve you. Check out the biographies of our dedicated team members below! Jordan M. Aigner is the President of Renewable Resources, LLC located in Boonville, Indiana. Jordan is a graduate of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and is licensed as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Indiana and Kentucky.
Our residential services include one 64 Gallon trash container that will be picked up each week for trash, yard waste, and all non-recyclable materials, as well as one 96 Gallon recycling container picked up every other week. Please note our one-time delivery fee of $25 for the initial delivery of your trash and recycling containers.
We work with, and support local businesses and schools to help build a better home for all of us. Renewable Resources will donate 10% of your service fee back to either the Castle Marching Knights or the Boonville Band Sponsor's Club, Inc. There is no additional cost added to your service fee to participate in this program.

Critical: Punctuality, Quality
Trash and recycle bins not picked up yet again. Happens about every third month. Every time I call to see what’s going on it’s always somehow my fault. Sit the trash bins out the night before every time. Very unprofessional. Will be switching.

Moved here less than six months ago. Ordered service based on neighbor's recommendation. MISTAKE! We have had to call at least once a month, not counting snow and ice delays, because either trash, recycling or both were not picked up. Customer service is horrible. They never answer the phone. You always wait on hold, no message option, and the girl that does finally answer is rude and always tries to blame us. We put it out the night before! She promises to send someone to get it but no one shows until the next scheduled day. If it is recycling they dump it with the trash! We were missed again

I find their services to be as good as any of the others available. Cost is very competitive. They are a local "hometown" option that should be considered. They are also in the process of building a refuse transfer station at the warrick county facility. I applaud their efforts to service warrick county and be a community player.

We had been a customer for 5 years and recently moved. I called to have our service moved to our new address and was given our pick-up days. First week, no one showed up to pick up our trash. We called and they said they would pick it up the next week. Week #2 - no one picked up our trash. We called and they sent someone that day to pick it up since it had been 2 weeks. Week #3 - no problems, they showed up! Week #4 - no one picked up our trash! I had to call 3 out of the 4 weeks at our new service address for someone to pick up our trash! The last call on week #4 was a cancellation.

I have had this service for several months and during that time, our trash pickup changed from Monday to Tuesday and recycling from Friday to Thursday. No one has notified us if the change and I had to call to verify why our trash was always picked up late. After checking under my can as suggested, the information was Monday and every other Friday. There have also been numerous occasions (at least 3) where I have had to call them because the trash was never picked up. This included my neighbors who visibly had trash still in their cans as well. I have been patient and understanding thus far but

Great service. I've been served by this company for close to 2 years and have only had 1 issue which was resolved the same day that I called. They have fantastic costumer service. Once my neighbor forgot to put his very full trash can by the curb and the driver got out and wheeled the can out to the truck, emptied it and then returned it to its place up by the house. They are experiencing growing pains but are communicating with us about it.
