Services
You will receive a welcome email from a BluRoo Customer Service Representative to confirm the receipt of your sign up. Within 2-3 days of receiving your welcoming email, your BluRoo driver will deliver your personalized BluRoo bag to get you started. The first time customer 50% discount applied to all your dry clean and laundry needs.
If your company would like to offer the cleaning of employees uniforms or work clothes, it has never been easier. With our Corporate Set Up Form you are able to add and remove employees from your Corporate Account as needed. Each employee you sign up as a Sub account will receive a personalized BluRoo bag linked to your main account.
BluRoo's Customer Care associates are available to answer any of your questions or assist you in any way. We can be reached at (866) 425-8766 during regular business hours. Any requests you make to your personal cleaning preferences, such as no creases or light starch, will be recorded on your account profile so we always have the most current information right in our system.

Absolutely disappointing. We we're ongoing customers without any issues up until the supervisor spoke disrespectfully over the phone due to our request for a solution for the mishandled delivery, causing clothing to be on the floor. Lost a valued client. OX XO is highly recommended for Quality service including customer support!

I'd wash my clothes in a river with a rock rather than using this company again.

Like many have stated, I initially really liked the idea of getting my cleaning picked up in the office. From the beginning, they missed some things - the starch was never right despite multiple requests. No big deal.

Eventually, they became erratic about picking up on their advertised M/W/F schedule. Initially, they'd miss a day. Then they'd show up once a week.

This broke the camel's back. I dropped off my clothes on Sunday 7/7, so that their driver could pick them up first thing Monday

I scheduled pick up three times and they never came to pick up my stuff. I called and left a message to complaint. Left 3 messages and no one called me back. I was spending about $300 a month with them. They truly have no clue what customer service is all about.VERY DISSAPPOINTED

I enrolled for their service and they never brought a bag to the office for me, even after multiple times requesting one. Guess they didn’t want my business very bad. Emailed them today and told them to cancel my enrollment. Zero stars

BLU ROO WILL BURN YOUR CLOTHES AND NOT RESPOND TO OUR PHONE CALLS!

Blu Roo also doesn't pay claims on garments it damages even it if promises to.

Some months ago, I several long sleeve dress shirts for cleaning and pressing. Two of these shirts were returned wrinkled and one was sent back with large brown burn spots. I sent all of these to be redone and they all came back in worse condition. On the third try, two shirts were pressed (poorly) and the third one was missing. When I contacted them they said it was being worked on by their claims department and they would get back to me.

Sometimes they pick it up ... Sometimes they dont ... Then when they do arrive ... The one time the receptionist doesnt buzz them in of 40 prior visits .. They will not provide a courtesy call upon arrival ... But when billing is due, they will collect it on-time and everytime.

Good service and very convenient pick up and drop off at my office. I have been a satisfied customer for over 4 years during which I have only experienced a couple of minor service issues. I have found the company to be very responsive to my few requests that were submitted via the website portal through my account. I highly recommend.

Horrible customer service! I called at least 3 times to report that the dry cleaning in my office was not being picked up. Each time I was told that someone would be coming by within a few days, but it never happened. The lady answering the phones acts like she couldn't care less! I finally gave up! I would not recommend this service to any friends, family or clients. If you are looking for someone to handle your corporate dry cleaning, look elsewhere!

Just moved to new office and saw a guy picking up drycleaning. Checked it out and works real good. They come twice a week and have not had any problems other talk about. In fact they seem to go out of their way to make sure everything is ok by asking how things are going when they deliver. Pricing seems about the same as when I picked up my drycleaning at the store. I think they are very good overall.

1) First time I had an issue was months ago, and some articles of clothing were missing from my delivery. When I called, they told me they had been on the truck to be delivered to another office, by accident. They got them to me the following delivery day. (I understood, everybody makes mistakes)
2) I had specifically dropped off my bag first thing (8am when I arrive) wed morning. When my clothes were not delivered that Friday by 3pm I called. They told me the driver didn't pick up the bag until Friday. The person I spoke with on the phone told me the driver told him "there was

What a god-awful excuse for a company. They burned the hell out of 4 suits of mine, and tried to blame it on "manufacturer defects," even though all 4 were from different manufacturers/purchase dates/stores. When I asked how they would like to handle it, I was laughed at by their Operations Manager, Jose. They refused to accept any responsibility, or even help with it, other than pressing the suits again (for which I Was charged, and not refunded). Stay away from BluRoo and their owner company, Dry Cleaning Depot, at ALL COSTS!

Echoing the lack of customer service. They lost a pair of custom fitted pants after multiple calls and emails there has been absolutely no response. They were great up until I had a problem, but I won't continue to use their services going forward....... Fast forward three weeks and to my surprise they ended up finding my pants. So I am correcting my previous comments.

I normally only review restaurants and this is my first time reviewing a non food-oriented business. But I felt compelled to leave a review because the quality of service was just so staggeringly bad.
And for this amount of anger and frustration to come from a dry cleaning service, you know it must have been bad, really bad. Let me start by saying I have been dry cleaning work clothes (suits, blazers, blouses) for all of my life. I have never had an issue or a complaint- it's pretty straightforward, right? You send the clothes to be cleaned (hence "dry clean") and they come back cleaned and pressed

I am not one to usually complain, but my experience with this company has been awful. It started off well, the convenience was great, they picked up my clothes and dropped them off at my office. However, they did lose a $100 shirt, which they credited my account for future cleanings, for losing it. The very next week, I noticed a large blue pen mark on the sleeve, the same pen they use to mark the tags. I reached out very upset, only to receive no response now from their customer service team. I now have one lost $100 shirt, and a stained $100 shirt, with an

While the pick up and drop off is convenient, the quality of the service is unfortunate. A dry cleaning professional service is to follow garment instruction, where my suit clearly stated "cover to protect leather finishes. dry clean only." They did not cover the leather detail on the suit, and therefore it burned off ruining the suit. The refund was a hassle and I did not receive back the full value of the suit they ruined. In addition, other items came back not entirely 'clean' - very easy spot treatment could have removed a few issue areas, but instead as a robot would
