Frank and his team are thorough, knowledgeable, and great to work with. I highly recommend them and will not buy another home without calling them to conduct the inspections. They saved me from very costly mistakes and they are professional. I was impressed that they provided to me a comprehensive written report the day after the home inspection was conducted, so I could meet my deadline. Our home inspector, Brian, was amazing! Not only was he incredibly thorough and had our report finished and sent over super fast, but throughout the entire process he was also so friendly and willing to explain things to us as he went that I really felt like I had learned a ton by the time we were done. Very thorough report delivered quickly. My experience with Hearthstone was quite positive. I am buying a house out of state and did my own homework for the inspection company rather than use one from my Real Estate broker. Brian inspected our the home we are purchasing. He was thorough and professional and coordinated the heating and well inspectors well. I felt that he reviewed every aspect of the home and did not cut any corners. He even crawled into the difficult to access attic space. Brian answered all of our questions and directed us to think about aspects of the home that we wouldn't have on our own. His report was EXCELLENT and was emailed to us the same day. He recommended that we hire a structural engineer to be sure about the foundation as it was not his area of expertise.
