My realtor recommended Jim to me, and I am thrilled that she did. Jim was a fantastic resource as a first time home buyer. He thoroughly walked through the entire property and would answer any questions I had that came up along the way, as well as point out things that I may have missed, and teach me about some of the quirks of my new home. He was very clear about his recommendations and when there was something personally concerning to him and would suggest things that are "nice to update" but not need to repair immediately. He clearly communicated all steps of the process and helped to coordinate
