Sam is extremely attentive and thorough. There was a time where the seller's agent was trying to rush him and Sam remained cool calm and unfazed by the agent and just kept checking everything and let us know what he was finding. As a first time home buyer Sam is the right man for the Job. He put myself and my family at ease and also came out on a Sunday.

Sam is amazing at what he does! He arrived early, and was able to point some things out as soon as I got there. He is very knowledgeable and his report was extremely detailed. Sam answered every question that I had, and made this part of the process in purchasing a home as smooth as possible. This was hands down a great decision to go with CMS Home Inspection.

Sam was fantastic! I know there are a lot of home inspectors in RI to choose from and I'm glad I chose CMS Home Inspection to inspect my first house! He was extremely knowledgeable, and walked us through every step of the process. We also had him do a Radon Test which I'm learning is extremely important when purchasing a home. I absolutely recommend him and will be telling all my homebuying friends that he is the guy to use! Prices were also very fair and he was on time and extremely responsive.

Sam was quickly there when we needed him to do an analysis. We got the report exactly when we were told to expect it, and then, when I, as a somewhat clueless non-pro, couldn't understand it and emailed to ask, he very quickly responded and explained everything! I highly recommend him.

Sam was great, (AGAIN)! He's a true professional. Thorough, detailed, & passionate about his work. He kept me well informed throughout the process, explaining his findings in a way that made it easy for people like me to understand (...an inexperienced first time home buyer w/ little knowledge about home maintenance or repair!). Sam was FANTASTIC!!!!! This is our first time buying a home and if that isn't overwhelming enough, the house was built in 1900. With that said we had know idea what was going to be found in a house that old. He was very professional and you could tell he actually enjoys his job! He was extremely thorough with his inspection and explained everything in a way we could understand it. He let us know what could be a potential issue without scaring us.
