Services
Metropolitan Physical Therapy is a privately owned outpatient physical therapy practice located in Lafayette, Colorado. After years of practice in orthopedics, Dr. Vincent Carmellini decided he wanted to have a different kind of physical therapy practice; one that focuses on good patient management and innovative science-based solutions for spine and orthopedic care.
When you become our client, you can expect an expert orthopedic examination and neurologic screen of the spine and extremities from a Board-Certified Physical Therapist and a complete explanation of your injury. We believe in transparent billing practices and you will receive a complete explanation of your insurance benefits at the beginning of your care.
Dr. Carmellini has practiced physical therapy exclusively in private practice orthopedics clinics since his entry-level degree from Andrews University. He completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Manual Therapy Certificate from the University of St. Augustine. He is Board-Certified in Orthopedics from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.
We are now offering physical therapy services via Skype or Facetime. With this service, we will be able to evaluate shortfalls in range of motion, balance/stability, and strength, which in many cases are the underlying root cause of pain. Based on diagnosis, corrective exercises are provided and pictures/instructions are e-mailed to the patient.
We understand you have many choices for physical therapy in the Denver Area. If you have any questions regarding treatment choices for your condition, please contact us. After all, its free and co-pays are expensive. We believe in full transparency of what we do, how we do it, and what kind of results you can expect from us.
