Maple Pediatrics & Adult Primary Care is the practice of Michael J. Polisin, MD. Founded in 1990, Dr. Mike's practice has been serving the Greater Summit Area for over 30 years. He and his staff have dedicated their lives to ensuring patients receive the best medical care around. We are one of the last of a dying breed, a small, one doctor medical practice and put the patient first over everything else.
Maple Pediatrics is fee for service and we do not accept or participate in any insurance plans. Our practice is very much an old timey, boutique practice at your service. Our staff is like our family all of whom have worked for us for 25 years or more. We work as a team. Our longstanding staff provides personal care to our patients with efficiency and professionalism.

A. Yes, our test takes 15 minutes and it's accuracy rate is 100% for negatives and 96.7% for positives - one of the most accurate machines on the market. We also perform antibody tests. A. We check with our medical supplier (the largest in the nation) on an almost daily basis. As a little practice, we will be one of the later offices to receive any doses.
