In April of 2021, I was not feeling well and in some discomfort. I sort of knew that I had a UTI and didn't want to go to the ER and wait for hours before being seen, so I decided to google the nearest walk in and found Doctors Medi Center . As soon as I walked in I was greeted with such warmth and care . All the staff there were very helpful . With in 20 minutes I was in a room being attended to by a doctor. The Doctors Medi Center is an exceptional and professional treatment care provider. I would recommend Doctors Medi Center to all who need help and medical care. The staff are very professional

Went there for covid testing after being exposed by someone who had it and they didn't know they had it. The staff were all great during my visit there. Steve was just outstanding in the exam room. He help ease my nerves on the situation and explained about the testing to me. Even explained about precautions I could do after the visit. You can just tell that he cared and just made everything so much less stressful.

It was my first time going to this location. Came in to get a COVID-19 test the day before New Year’s Eve. It was so clean and everyone was nice. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The person that helped me out and gave me my test was Julia. She was my medical assistant and she was awesome! She was gentle, kind and very knowledgeable of what she was doing. I will definitely start using this office more often. Highly recommend!!

Great experience today at Doctor’s Medi Center in Carteret NJ. Kristen and Julia did an awesome job making sure all the patients were registered and getting the information needed. Their excellent organization made the visit quick and pleasant! I will definitely go back to Doctors Medi Center when needed!

The place has no idea how to keep there appointments and walk-in's organized. First the phone rep told me I can do a walk-in instead of my next day appointment. And once I came in I was informed, "oh we are not doing walk-in's". After that drama was sorted out , I waited for an hour and finally went up and asked the front desk to how much longer? After few mins the reply was another 30 mins. It has been past those additional 30 mins and im still waiting.

The staff was very friendly. I was a walk-in around 11:30am ... my options were an hour and a half-wait, or a scheduled appointment at 2:30pm. I took the appointment, went home and rested. When I returned, the waiting area slowed down. The staff was very kind, Dr. Sjoval was awesome and had a great sense of humor. They all took great care of me despite the horrible condition i was in. I'll definitely go there in the future.

The first thing you notice as you walk in is the strange smell. It smells like someone is cooking stew or something. My daughter went there complaining of a cough and fever. The doctor told her it was allergies and gave her a prescription for Zyrtec. The next day her fever was so high and her cough was awful. I took her to my doctor. Just seeing her and listening to her lungs he said she had pneumonia. How can a doctor not hear that someone has pneumonia??? She was immediately treated and got better. I went to Doctor's Medi Center the next day and spoke to that doctor and gave him a piece

This is a money making business that does not follow due diligence to make sure that your insurance fully covers your claims. It is not the patient's fault if the business realizes down the line that there is no coverage in particular city or countrywhen they accepted it initially, regardless of whether it is in NewYork, Puerto Rico or Brazil. That's why there is a billing and reception department. Beware, they will tell you you are covered but down the line you are not! I stand my ground.Money making callous business. Get matters right from the get go!!!!

I went to this Medi-Center in Carteret where I live I woke with a UTI and any Woman who has experienced one knows the pain. The women at the reception area asked me if I had a appointment I explained I did not (never needed one before). I told her I had a UTI which would have taken 15 minutes to pee and be tested and write a prescription.She said if they get a cancellation she could call me, No Sympathy what so ever. I told her I would have to go to the hospital she looked at me and shrugged her shoulders. Horrible uncaring place. Rather go to emergency..

Do not waste your time or precious co-pay going to this place. This facility is money hungry and unethical. All they care about is cash in their pocket. I had a switch in insurance 2 years ago. Never went a day without, just went from one company to another. I took my son to Doctors Medi Center after this and I suppose they mistakenly billed the old insurance. Which of course got denied. Making me have a balance with the facility. They sent letters. I replied and submitted bills to my new and current insurance. I thought the matter was taken cared of. About a year after that my son who has asthma
