First I have to start off saying the customer service is A1. When I saw the 5 star average reviews I thought there was no way possible. I went in to Eagle Auto Glass Katy when the most random and inopportune crack appeared on my windshield. I have a Camaro with some special windshield that costs a but extra to replace. Stephanie was there and greeted me in the most hospitable way and provided me all the options available, as opposed to just the most expensive one. Truly honest business practice; and because of that, I will be back whenever I have a car issue that they can fix. She and her husband

I thought their quote was competitive with a good locations I decided to use Eagle Auto Glass. When I arrived on site, the windshield they were going to use had been scratched. Unfortunately, they had to order another windshield and could not replace until the next day. They offered the mobile service for free and reduced the price even more for my inconvenience. I am happy with the result and customer service.

Literally the best experience you could possibly ask for when it comes to getting your windows replaced on your vehicle. Their price is extremely fair and competitive! I had my back window and front windshield replaced by Eagle Auto Glass and they were extremely fast and did a fantastic job with communication! They even cleaned all of the windows in my vehicle when they were finished!

My vehicle was broken into while parked at hotel. I was traveling from oregon to Florida. Thieves broke rear passenger window. As most safelite was recommended. big waste of tim . Could not get through to live person even local office!!!

Grace and her Crew did an amazing job on our trucks windshield. Not only were they able to complete the job fast they made us feel at home. The windshield was awesome quality. Better than the previous windshield we had from a popular other company who shall remain unnamed, who charged us way to much for the product and the warranty is horrible.
