More than 60 days without a phone call or email. I call and call, leaving messages for my contact, Leslie Berry, only to be told on Friday, September 8, that he no longers work there by a off-site receptionists that thinks he is a she. I finally get an email from Jennifer Gordon, who had been CC'd on my emails with Leslie, asking me for copies of all the same things I had emailed to Leslie AND HER. There was no excuse for missing the August deadline for filing for my mother. Now we have to deal with my invalid blind and deaf mother being evacuated to a new facility, becoming ill from overwhelmed
