They have the worst return / refund policy. The refund is just a receipt that after 4 months in my wallet you can't see the letters or numbers and I have to go back to this store at Eaton centre (no other store to use the credit) that they neglected to tell me about their policy if you buy product on sale.
So I have to go out of my way, I leave in Scarborough, to purchase something else.
Very disappointed as I am very happy with my boots and shoes that I purchase at STC GEOX.

The customer service of Geox is very bad so be careful before buying the product. Any stores of Geox do not accept any returns that are placed online with a reason that they act separate to the Geox which is so strange. I placed online order of size 48 jacket but they sent size 58 instead with a reason that they are Italian company so any US size 48 we automatically convert into size 58 and send it. When I called customer service and the representative was so rude. If this is how they operate than I am certain that this brand will shut down and don't deserve to operate in Canada.

I visited Geox at Eatons centre Aug 14/18 around 4:30pm.Young fellow was amazingly friendly, polite and very professional. Did not catch his name(young Midlle East background guy with a great smile) who even compliment my gold shoese that I was wearing.Koodo Geox for hireing great customer service oriented staff.I will hire him without any hesitations.
By the way the store always smell amaizing with a perfume all over.... ☺

Don't even know where to begin with this ridiculous store. Went to buy a winter jacket there but the store has no refund policy; one of the associates told me that I could buy it online through them and this way I could wait for the jacket to arrive at the store, try it and get a full refund within 14 days if I wanted to.
So I did it. Had to wait almost 3 weeks for the jacket to arrive, then one associate emailed me saying that it was in store. By that time, I wasn't interested in it anymore (I had to buy another one to survive these 3 weeks during winter) and I could only get the refund by going
