This agent should not have a license. She failed to disclose important facts she knew. She lied in the disclosure statements about easements, lawsuits against the property, gave false information to my broker. She sold this property to us having a restricted license and no one at prudential was over seeing her according to DRE regulations. She sold us a home built by an owner builder who she knew. He was NOT licensed, we now have $800,000 in defects. She is a liar and fraud. DO NOT USE THIS WOMAN. I had to file a lawsuit against her. She cost me more money than the defective home she sold. I have to say that Mrs Holtz is the cream of the crop when it comes to business, integrity, & she is down right one of the most fun & genuine people you will ever have the pleasure to know.
