Techspert Repair

While I have had numerous repairs done that were done with qualify, I have had several bad experiences too.
The most recent was an iPhone 8 back glass repair. I have sent several iPhones in the past to have their back glass replaced, and they always come back looking like new and every time the back glass has the Apple logo on it. This time, they repaired the back glass with a back that has nothing on it, not even the logo.
I reached out via email and was told that the repair was completed and there was nothing further that could be done. I decided to then call, since it takes them days to respond

Scam. They replaced my phone without notifying me that they broke it. They get all negative feedback removed on eBay. Kept my phone well past the deadline and I'm finding a lot of people telling the same and worse stories all over. All trademark scam red flags. Please don't throw your money away.

Avoid at all the cost, 18 days to repair plus shipping, now back camera has glue residue with take picture with dot. they want me to ship phone back again to have it check and wait another 15 days + shipping cost.

if you have ebay customer, do not open case with ebay, just write your review and dispute with credit card company or paypal. Ebay will remove review as they do not cover service repair protection

These guys scammed me on eBay. I purchased the service for 2 iPhone XS max back glass and 2 iPhone X front glass. They advertise as OEM grade parts with the apple logo on the back. However after i received my phones they put 2 generic back covers on my iPhone XS max's and they took out my OLED screens on my iPhone X's and put me cheap quality LCD. They have 100% feedback on eBay because if you open up a case eBay doesn't cover service and you lose case automatically and can't leave feedback. Thankfully for PayPal I got my money back after seller tried to fight it. I am calling the AG, BBB and whoever

The service is terrible. People are deceived. I sent an iPhone X to repair the screen, the site states that they leave my old screen and they repair it. But they replaced my original screen with a cheap Chinese one. The matrix in the phone was alive. The phone became one and a half times thicker. The true tone function was not set.
I wrote to them in the email 4 days ago and the company just ignores my messages but when I wrote on ebay, they answered me, after I asked why they didn't reply to my emails, they just stopped replying.

I can barely put how happy I am with this service into words, five stars is not even enough. I broke my iPhone 6s on my basement floor, completely shattered the front glass. Other services were at least $80 to $130 which I was not willing to spend. I found these guys on eBay and at first was a little skeptical of how low the price was. After cracking the glass on my galaxy note 5, I called local repair shops only to find the cheapest price was 205.00 dollars. I happened to come across techspert on eBay offering the replacement for 24.95. The had a 100% approval rating so I gave them a shot. They did a beautiful job and I got my phone back in about a week. If I need another phone repair I will use them again.

Saved myself lots of $$$$$$$. My phone is back to like new condition. Most repair services want to charge you 200+ for replacing screen.
Process was easy. Worth the wait! Fast turnaround!! Got my phone back within 12 days.
