Services
We are a team of highly-skilled, passionate property management professionals who endeavor to provide low-income families in California with a place to call home. MBS Property Management, Inc. was formed in 1977 by William T. Brown as a sole proprietorship. MBS has operated under the direct management of Lisa Richards since 1988, and in 2000, MBS was incorporated with Lisa Richards as owner and President.
We encourage all employees to pursue personal and professional growth and promote those who show a willingness to advance in the industry. We welcome contributions and ideas from everyone and cultivate a supportive environment for our team to grow. Many of our long-term employees started with onsite positions and are now helping us achieve our business objectives in the corporate office.
This downtown Redding community offers access to a state-of-the-art fitness center with complimentary Wi-Fi access, laundry rooms and elevators on each floor, and street and garage parking. The first floor will bring several new businesses into the community, which is expected to provide additional conveniences to our residents.

It's been 4 months since they called me and said I'm up on the waitlist and come submit my docs did that I'm still waiting for completion of the application process I was told my part of the paperwork process was complete a month ago now I'm told I have to submit more documentation since it's been a month that they haven't gotten their "corrections" completed in time I'm baffled it's never taken this long to get into an apartment in my entire life for no reason....

2 Star Rating. The people here are rude, the secretary laughed in my face when I was explaining to them my current living situation because I'm constantly being harassed by the manager. I can never get a hold of the district manager. It's been hell, feels like I can't do anything about it. The secretary always says that I'll receive a call back from the district manager, yet I don't. Not once, received a call back. They are scandalous, they don't care what happens to the residents. The one time they only seemed to care was when a certain individual they hired to be manager at the Wein Manor Apartments
