Grow Properties was founded in 1977, and is owned and operated by Nathan Grow and Kyle Groves. Nate & Kyle met when they lived next door to each other in Tahoe Park, in 2008. They have raised their families together, and successfully grown their family businesses independently for many years. The owner, Nate Grow, asked my girlfriend and I if we'd be able to meet him at a listed property early on a Saturday morning, the Friday evening before the proposed time. We agreed to the last-minute request and were first to the home the next day. After a pleasant conversation with Nate about the house, he gave us instructions to fill out the applications and have a cashier's check ready to meet him the following Tuesday, so he could "place us ahead of the others and let them know there was someone ahead of them." Elisha and her team were engaged to rent and manage a property of mine that was initially in terrible condition.
